I think it can mean something architectural too - part of a dome? It derives from "conch" which is a seashell. I've heard that in russian concha (конча) means something not very nice, but my russian is very bad, so I can't tell. What's interesting, in latvian kids and teens call candy conchas (končas). Meaning to lazy to do anything *Drunk as s***. *Dumb as s***. * Dirty ass syndrome. Meaning someone with bad hygiene. *'Das' can also be used the same way as 'dat' 'dem', ect. What is known as 'chav speak' * Can be used as code for 'Would you hit that?' Those are the only ones that I know of But I think it makes more sense if it stands for Dirty And Suggestive.........
