I've always thought that "one foot boy eleven stone" refers to a stone boy of 11 y.o that it's sitting on his shoulder telling him what to do, a character from his imagination as Dr. John

 

No, stone is a unit of weight measurement that's used in the UK.

 

One stone = 14 pounds = 6.35kg

 

I'm pretty sure that's what he's referring to here. In fact, when Mika performed the song live, the illustration that played on the screen behind him was of a short, chubby boy. Look at this around the :40 mark.

Of course, the beauty of music -- of all art, really -- is that you can interpret it however you want. The same song can mean vastly different things to different people. :thumb_yello:
