HEY!! Yes it is!! :roftl: it's a blue bead which is used to protect you against the evil-eye or jealous looks from the bad willed people... I wonder who gave it to him?? :naughty: It's incredibly common here in Turkey (although I don't like it or wear it that much :roftl:)
