In what may well be our fave story of the day, Borat star Sacha Baron Cohen has reportedly signed up to play Freddie Mercuy. Johnny Depp had originally been mooted for the lead role in the bio-pic, but producers and the surviving members of Queen have apparently been impressed by Borat's Freddiesque look. A source tells the Daily Mirror, "Film makers are working flat out to get the best possible script. Sacha loves the idea he can get away with playing Freddie after modelling Borat's look on him."
