Marilyn Mastin Posted August 28, 2013 Share Posted August 28, 2013 SO, I've already voted & it appears that's all that is permitted.But I might make a suggestion for those yet to vote so MIKA's 'POPULAR SONG' and 'UNDERWATER' votes don't sort of cancel each other out. Consider GIVING 'UNDERWATER' your song category votes & GIVING 'POPULAR SONG' your music video category votes ? I agree with that, because any non-Mika-diehards who vote are far more likely to love the PS vid, than Uw, which, for many who don't understand Mika, looks a bit amateurish. So I do think it's best to go for the video that stands the best chance of getting top of the poll. Beyond a doubt, PS is the best video. It's the best Mika vid of all. I even tried with my other email address and my business name, but it recognised the computer. it recognizes the IP address, so i was able to vote from my home internet and from my mobile internet. what i find interesting tho is that in the terms&conditions it says "You are allowed one vote per day per award category." - seems that's not the case. i also voted for popular song in the videos, but chose underwater in the songs. simply because i like it better and in the countries where the swatch ad was on tv, it got so much positive response. This is what annoys me so much. Underwater would be absolutely loved in the UK if the Swatch ad was on UKTV. I really can't understand why it's not on UKTV. So wrong! Well, the summer is over, so I guess this Swatch campaign is finished everywhere. For me Underwater video is great and creative enough to win in a category.
