  1. Thanks for the info! I already have my NY tickets though...but I entered for Boston! If I have free tickets, my parents *can't* say no, right?
  2. Great shirt! I'm way jealous of the colors!!
  3. Wow, that was really odd. My smiley is a link. (Wtf? )
  4. Me tooo!!!! :naughty: :thumb_yello: :biggrin2: http://www.mikafanclub.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin2.gif
  5. Hmmm..yea, I don't think it would be wise to jump in line ahead of anyone. But, I have an inkling that the MFC members will be there before the rest of the public, so I'm not too worried.
  6. Yea, I had to spend a good $55 for my ticket off of ebay. It stunk to pay so much, but it was definitely worth it. Well, at least you met Mika @ Border's! Wasn't that day amazing?
  7. I saw Mika @ the Gramercy (with you!!) and the next day at the performance/signing at Border's. Both days were fantastic to the max. Like amazing to the billionth power. Anyone else? I know there are more people! We met some of you guys last time-- can't wait to see everyone again (and new faces, of course!!)!
  8. Pfft! Don't be! I'm sure we'll all stand out!
  9. That was surprisingly nice! Of course, I object to "without substance" jab, but I can't complain! Thanks for posting.
  10. I'd love to be a resident of Mikaville...because I wouldn't get funny looks when I walk down the street singing Lollipop, like I do now. Can I live at 7 Big Girl Street?
  11. For some reason, I can't vote any more. Maybe I reached the quota, because I'm sure I voted over 50 times in the past few weeks. I would've done it more!!
  12. My outfit is a surprise. I put everything together last night. I'm so excited!!!!!!! Holy crap! I'm nervous because I'm excited. I just want everything to be perfect!
  13. Oh no! That's horrible!!! I put my signed LiCM on my Mika shrine, where no animal or small child can possibly reach it. Good luck getting a new signed copy @ the Nokia Theatre! I'll see you there!!
  14. Everyone has such adorable pets! I'm a little jealous. I used to have a puppy, who we named Gandhi in hopes of him being kind and gentle and peaceful. It was mighty ironic when our cute little cockapoo Gandhi bit my mother's ankles until they bled and destroyed all our furniture...
  15. As do I! Sorry, I have to make my message longer. So I'm saying nothing. Blah blah blah. Okay, I think I'm good.
  16. I just spit soda all over myself by thinking of a glam Harry Potter. I don't think the picture I had in mind is what you're referring to...I had an image of a emo Harry Potter for some odd reason.
  17. Has the government of Mikaville been discussed yet? Are we going to live in a democracy, ruled by popular vote by the MFCers, or under a dictatorship with Mika at the head? I wouldn't mind either...
  18. Yes. The tension is building. :biggrin2: I'm surprised there isn't more activity in this thread...don't tell me I'm the only excited one!!! Post everyone! Let's get pumped!
  19. ...I have a confession to make. I cheated on my calculus test because I did not study. I was too busy on the Mika forums and looking at Mika pictures. Can I be forgiven for my terrible sin?
  20. Hello, Jimena! Welcome! Don't worry, you aren't old for Mika! I'm only 17, but there are a bunch of people here older than 21. In fact, probably the majority are over 21. Enjoy yourself!!
  21. The school of Mikaville must have physical education classes in "Dancing Around a Stage" and "Shaking Your Skinny-Pants-Clad Ass." And English classes in "Analyzing the Societal Impacts of (Insert Favorite Mika Song Here)." And...oh my! The art classes would be fantabulous!! Gosh! I want to go to Mika school right now! There should also be a HUGE park, with lots of bright flowers year-round. And swing sets and playgrounds and biking trails. Everyone can come out and enjoy the sunshine (Mikaville has to be located somewhere with lovely weather, I hope!)! What should the park be called?
  22. Thanks for posting this! I adore the picture and the article.
  23. I think the journalist in question is making much more of the song than is appropriate-- it's a pop song, for god's sake!! And ya know what? It's a fun song, and it's an affirming song. It's refreshing to hear something praising women of the larger variety. People need to realize that it's OK to be superficial sometimes (especially in pop music!), not everything has to be about how beautiful we all are on the inside. It feels good to be complimented on the outside as well, no matter how big we are. Ughh! This article pisses me off more than anything I've ever read. I honestly don't think Mika is the type of person who would mock anyone, he seems like a genuinely nice guy. GAhh! I'm so angry I don't know what to do!
  24. Haha! I did that @ the Gramercy....no one dared look under the pile of sanitary napkins! I also wrapped my camera in dollar bills, so if they happened to look under the feminine products, all they'd see was a wad of cash!! But yea, I guess I'll e-mail the theater. They were really good about getting back to me last time I e-mailed them. :biggrin2: AND 2 WEEKS! OMG! :biggrin2:
