Ok, well, the people who "dumped" Mika obviously don't *deserve* him. I guess they're too stupid/tone deaf. It's their loss---more Mika for us!

Psshh! Who cares? We're seeing Mika!! :naughty: Anyway...anyone know if cameras are allowed into the Nokia Theatre? I'm bringing one no matter what (of course!), but I'm not sure if I should risk bringing my nice digital camera or buy a cheap disposable. So if anyone knows...let me know!

I would so buy a Mika Barbie (well, Ken doll I guess!). And I'd dress him up to marry my little sister's Barbie, who has blond hair just like me....!!! :wub2: You can never be too old to play with dolls!! But, I want my Mika Barbie to come with Lollipop girls. Maybe they can be sold separately! :naughty:

Read a calculus textbook! Always puts me right to sleep!!! But, in all seriousness, I do recommend reading something boring. Textbooks never fail to draw me into sleep...even when I should be studying!

Are you taking the NYS Regents in English that day? I took it back a few months ago--quite easy, have no fear! Anyway, it looks like we'll all try to meet up on line, as I'm not sure what times people will be arriving, etc. We'll have fun on the line-- Mika sing-alongs, anyone??!?!?! :naughty:

I know lovetoday, myself, ThatPinkSock, as well as a group of several of our friends plan on dressing colorfully (to say the least). Any other crazy MFCers going to join us in this endeavor? We'll easily recognize one another this way...an added bonus!

Yea, it's too bad the venue is so large. Oh well...at least our Mika is able to sell out a show! He's popular!! I hate this though--- I want to be happy because he's getting to popular and successful, yet at the same time, I'm sad because it'll never be the same intimate thing it was before. Let me stop reflecting and start partying.....17 DAYSS!!! :biggrin2:

I'm going to be with a group of 7 girls...I think we're planning on getting there very early in the day and scoping out the situation. I hope the theater doesn't have restrictions on when we can start to line up! @ the Gramercy, we got kicked off the line and threatened to not be admitted if we lined up before 6 PM (for an 8:30 show I believe!). I certainly hope the Nokia Theatre is better equipped to deal with long lines. Anyway, I'm thinking we'll get to the theater at some point before 5.

Eww! I hate it when journalists make news out of nothing. There is no substance in that little story-- nothing we haven't heard before. I mean, the more Mika press the better, but, seriously, is it really necessary to make it sound like Mika is going to crap himself out of fear of festival attendees? What ever happened to journalistic integrity!?!?!? Sorry. I ranted. Forgive me??

The merchandise is so expensive!! I spent $5 on a rosette! And $25 on a shirt!! Oh well...it was all worth it... And the shirt is signed by Mika now, so that was more than worth my money. I certainly hope they have new Mika merchandise at the next NY gig...I need some more Mika stuff!

Yay! It finally played for everyone!!

Hmm...I can't choose just one, and it switches every day...but my favorites right now are: (1) Stuck in the Middle-- because,as the middle child in my insane family, I feel like I relate (2) Big Girl-- because who doesn't love embracing their curves? Then again, I always have loved Ring Ring, and Love Today, and Billy Brown, and then Grace Kelly, and then...oh shucks, I can't choose! It's all just so good!!!

Hey Sivan! I'm sure you're aware of this, but Mika is supposed to do a free GMA performance August 10th in NY. But, this conflicts with that music festival on the same day...so...maybe you can add both to the gig calender with question marks?

Well, Mika is obviously #1. By a lot. But, if I *had* to choose a number 2.... :wink2 James Franco is pretty hot.
