1. Thats what I'm wondering too. How is it possible to go to this gig without a car? The only thing I've found so far is that you can only travel to Breaute by train and then probably get a taxi to take to you to Parc Eana. But the problem is how to find a taxi after the gig is over. I've searched everywhere and I cant find a hotel that in walking distance to the Parc or any local taxi phone numbers:aah:
2. thank you Marina:flowers2: it's great to have a new part of the interview to listen to every day!
3. Thank you for the new interviews girls what he said about answering to fans letters, keeping the gifts and sending that girl a video is soooo sweet:wub2: btw I think I'm going to google kama to see how it looks like LOL
4. thanks Marina:flowers2: What a horrible and unacceptable behaviour this teacher had. It makes me feel so sad and angry. Mika is really strong talking about what he went through in such detail. Unfortunately me too. They were the main reason why I hated going school so much
5. all the pics are great, thanks for posting:flowers2: Both Mika and Zuleika look amazingly stylish!!
6. thanks so they'll broadcast the third part today at 7pm? hope we find the podcast of the first part.
7. Interesting interview, thanks for posting:thumb_yello: It's a very good decision not to allow alcohol backstage. The band and crew should always keep it professional and not treat the backstage area as a party zone. Also I really like that he answers the question about participating in Eurovision with a never. Btw wasnt Estonia's song called Kulla? I remember it cuz in Greek Kulla is a name and the way this guy was singing it looked like he was calling someone named Kulla LOL
8. Thanks for clearing that up. Hopefully next week then:thumb_yello:
9. The photos are really impressive! The Compiègne show was fantastic:wub2: thanks for posting LeiRe:thumb_yello:
10. Thanks for posting Droopsy, this is an interesting interview:thumb_yello: I really like what he says about not wanting to buy a sound and work with someone like Timbaland. My fave quote from this interview is "Je fais des chansons qui me plaisent, qui me font sourire, qui me font pleurer". I really admire and appreciate that. Thats how real proper songs are, they arent being written just as potential hits but instead they reflect different feelings and emotions:wub2:
11. lovely little vid! thanks Leila:flowers2: and thanks Eriko for uploading it to youtube:thumb_yello:
12. I've only now managed to to catch up with this thread so I have to say thanks everyone for posting pics and videos. They bring back so many amazing memories:wub2: Cant believe it's almost been a week since this gig! Also now I realize that I forgot to write in my report about what a great surprise it was to see Paloma there. I think everyone was really happy to see her doing so well. She looked really beautiful and sweet and she waved at the fans when she was leaving the venue!
13. Thats great news! Congrats Laura! Looking forward to reading your review:thumb_yello:
14. Guess it's time for me to write my report. But since it's already been three days since Lovebox and you know everything about it by now all I'm going to say is that for me it was incredible to be at a Mika gig once again! I had missed his shows so much and I was very happy to be hearing him play live after quite a few months. The concert might have been short but it was 100% brilliant:wub2: Mika rocked as usual and needless to say performance of all the songs were very powerful like they always are! What can I say, he never ever (and I mean EVER) disappoints. Personally I was very very happy to hear the new songs live. They sound even better and more amazing live. Celebrate is the type of song that will get everyone singing and dancing along and that makes it perfect for gigs. Every time I hear it, it makes me smile and gives me that positive and optimistic feeling. And when you hear it live this feeling gets a hundred times more intense. Hearing Make you Happy was another highlight for me. What a beautiful, sensitive, brilliant song and it worked amazingly well live too:wub2: Also I really enjoyed listening to the old songs again, especially the new version of Lollipop sounded very fresh and fun!!! Since this was a festival and the gig started at 5pm instead of later on in the evening etc I thought that technically it'd be really difficult or almost impossible for a m&g to take place. So I think it was really sweet of Mika that he noticed the fans waiting and came near the fence to meet everyone. Here's my Make You Happy vid, the sound isnt good but I've decided to post it anyway
15. Thanks for keeping everything organized in the first post Marina & thanks everyone for posting and translating Cant wait to hear L'amour dans le mauvais temps, I have a feeling it will be one of my most favorite songs:wub2:
16. Agree with you. There isnt a need to give Pharrell a bigger part. Maybe that would have made the track more commercial but the way it is, it sounds 100% Mika and I'm very happy about that:thumb_yello:
17. Label Barclay tweeted that there's going to be another interview on nrj.fr but we dont know exactly when.
