Really sorry, I didn't mean it like that! Don't worry anyway it was only a temporary change, the curls are back now. I don't go to the hairdressers that often lol, I just use my own curling tongs/straightening irons. That would be quite funny if I did go every day, I doubt even Paris Hilton and co. go that often

Because he wanted to do his hair differently for once. Surely you don't do your hair exactly the same every day? My hair is naturally like Mika's, and most of the time I straighten it and sometimes I accentuate the curls or just leave it natural. I think Mika is just trying to experiment more. Also, how exactly can you like Mika's hair more than you like Mika himself? I don't get that. Put it this way, would you rather spend your life with Mika (who has feelings and opinions and talents) or Mika's hair? Lol! The latter option could be pretty dull!

Yea, I know what you mean. Except most people I know have already been subjected to LiCM several times and know all the songs off by heart but I think it is a shame when people base their opinion of Mika's music on just a few songs. I don't think he made great choices for singles to be honest - there could have been more diversity.

I think Mikey is around 38 - though he doesn't look it! In the first Take 40 Syndey video (which seems to have been taken off youtube) Mika talks about the band, where they are from, and how old they are, and what they play. He says Cherisse is 20 and Welsh/Ghanian, Mikey is 38 (?) and Korean and that Luke and Martin are Scottish and English (can't remember which way round?) and are in their twenties, I think. I probably got alot of that wrong so feel free to correct me! I still can't find the video.

Just listened to it! I don't understand how anyone can be quite so friendly and cheerful at that time in the morning! He just seems to be permenantly high-spirited! 'Hey this is mika – whats my song called? Ahh, yes, Happy Ending, that's it.' As if he doesn't know!

The press would have a field day if there was conformation about his sexuality. The difficultly is points someone who would be happy to keep the relationship low-key to avoid unwelcome publicity, and cope with the travelling aspect. For example: ME! Okay, I will stop talking now!

SITM is quite difficult because of the huge variation in pitches, it starts of low and gets higher at several points during the verse, then you have the chorus/bridge done in soprano. I've pretty much got it down to a fine art now though. Well, on the basis I wondered around North London singing it today (with a sore throat) and nobody openly complained.
