  2. I indeed with Nanou the band of today is much less visible like 2010. But I'm pretty sure that is the decision from Mika. He want to stay in the center of the stage. And if any artist could catch the audience without "a jumping backround girl" it is him. And with all the small audiences he had the last month this concept worked very well. Even when I really loved when he put Joy in front of the stage at Lovebox for Celebrate. She was as energetic as Mika! But he dediced to no repeat that. We could blame this on Mika but on the bandmembers. At Caprice we had also a very very high and hugh stage, very far away. Even Mika was only in YouTube size for me when he was on stage at the piano or on the other side from the stage, only when he danced on the steps he was great to see. And he put his band very backwards. In case of Popular, I think he would sing the faster version and the band started with the slower one. And the problems at Lola I didn't regnordnized. But do we really expect these perfection at a live show? I'm not. Also 2010 there were no 100% perfection and the most of the failures made Mika himself, so in Basel where he forgot the lyric for Toy Boy three times - one of my favs versions for a long time. I filmed and uploaded Popular: I really loved Popular at Caprice like the whole show. The audience where fantastic like always. No matter he played in Basel, Zurich, Arbon or Crans Montana. I'm uploading more videos but it will take ages, one more is on Youtube so far: from the surprise gig the day before where he started with Toy Boy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V-qYIxhqCoo And thank you everyone for report, videos and pics!
  3. Hello! I'm back in Munich, so I try a little report about Crans Montana. First, Mika was great and he really got the audience. I have no idea how much people went into the tend, but it seems full (from my position) and the people loved him and he was happy about this - I think to play at a festival is always a little risk. How is was written he started with Un Soleil mal Luné. Personal for me the worst song - it's such a french song from the melody to the text (and shame on me I can't any french). So my start was Grace Kelly - and with this song he had had the audience on his side. It was a really great vibe in the tend! I don't renember the in which line he played his songs, he did it with a lot of energy (like always). And he was quit chaty, but in french of course, so I can't tell about it. From TOOL he played POPULAR, which was really great: I tried to film and I'm not sure, but I think it was the faster new version. The people loved also the new songs, like also Underwater, Celebrate and I only love you when I'm drunk. And finished the show with Lollipold and We are Golden. I really love Lollipop like at the beginning. The show was the same like last year, without Felix and the choir. Only he had enough plance to put all things he have on stage. The stage was very very high, very far away but with steps and he came a lot of time to the steps. I can't say anything about Brad, I didn't saw him from my place, I only took a photo from him at the end. But to put photos here I have not enough time now. The day before: When I came back from skiing at the hotel I got a facebook message from a fan and friend who told me, that me will come surprisly at the after ski apre bar, at 17:15 and I read this message at 16:30 - with no idea where this bar could be. O.k., to make it short, we got it! At 17:23 we came to a bar, where some poeple waited, I asked a lady from press who will play, and she (with the face and voice: YOU don't know this man:) MIKA! So we managed the 3rd row and some minutes later Mika went out and began with Toy Boy! I never tought about this long live about Toy Boy , I really loved it! I think he did 6 songs - incuding Billy Brown and IlYWID... The where a little group really hardcore fans who jumped and sung along (but I didn't saw they in the first row at the concert....). After this surprise gig, where Mika also where in good mood and he also spoke with us, including the question which language and he seemed surprised there where not more Italian fans, but I answered with a very loud JA, when he asked if there where German spoker there. But he than he "only" spoke french, :sneaky he came out after about 10 minutes. A lot of people (for a gig like this) waited for him, and only this 10 minutes to where soooo cold to wait! In this minutes I decided for no queing this time for the gig the day after. This was my second time Mika gig without queing after my first Mika gig ever in November 2007, where I came after 8 pm. O.k., we came at 6 pm to the open doors, my hubby who came with me to was quite surprise how fast I went when we came to the tend. AND we got to be in first row. But however ít was my hubby who saved this Mika gig. Minutes before Mika came (good in time about 11:40) four young men who managed to come to the front row and without the hard work from him not only I, also the 2 Switzer ladys on my right site would be end at the second row for sure. And they both waited for him from 2 o'clok for him. I don't know how. I also waited for Mika after the show - no we waited until about 3 am, and my hubby where really surprised to what I'm able when Mika will come. But then I regordnized that it's to much for him, my hubby had much problems with his shoulders with only this time we waited. But it seems it was worse for all who waited for him, he came out 4 am and the ice statues got a kiss from him. O.k., I hope my English is not to false to understand - and my little Report is not to unorganized. I try to upload my photos as fast a can.
  4. A big thank you for that information, you made my weekend to a really happy one.
  5. Thank you so much for posting the pics, what a great memory. :wub2:
  6. Such a great interview, thank you so much for translating Nezza. Actualy I ask me if I could read anytime a interview like this from the german press, they are always so
  7. I'm sorry Sabine, I'm really forgot to tell you earlier. And I didn't read that note earlier.
  8. I can't believe it: I missed your videos and pigs until today... shame on me. They are so great. A verly late thank you.
  9. Thank you for sharing the videos Christine and Eriko ! Can't stop watching.
  10. JA, ich habe zwei 3-Bett-Zimmer vorbestellt und 6 Tickets für Mika gekauft, beide Male bist du eingerechnet (Miri, Bettina, Sabine, du, ich und Farah, sofern sie kann). Also alles fix!
  11. Don't worry - for sure, I'm still going!
  12. Hi I have one ticket for Liége on July 10th. If anyone is interested please pm me.
  13. Thank you all for the links to the pictures. Yes, Tinas clothes were fab. But also I think the whole stage de whole stage was so fascinated because of the many imitations, there was so much to discover! I'm afraid even begin to enumerate, because then again so much is missing. Also little things, from the mask from the Big Girl to the dragon, it was almost all there, what was visible on Mika's stage. Melody's project only made so clear to me how many things Mika taked on the tour. Nezza - this picture - do you remember? There were some photographers who were very intrigued from Nezzas long pink eyelashes.
  14. I am glad that enjoy the pic. For this reason I made it. I'm sorry, that the BG on the right (Michelle?) I didn't chatch well. And I'm really love your report, I just read it again, I'm sure you needed ages for it. Thank you so much for your nice reaction about our present to Mika. Melody had a really great idea with the stage and it was a joy to see how the stage with all the details grew and grew by the community working. And there were some German fans who took ages for the stage, Tina for example who made the most of dresses for the women on the stage. I am very happy that we have made Mika a joy with this gift.
  15. Dutchy, thank you so much for your report. I liked it so much to read.
  16. Thank you for your fotos, they have a very special feeling for me. Also your Lollipop video it so great, thank you for doing that. For me it was nice to see you "from face to face" (hope you understand my bad English). Sadly it was not possible for me to chat a lot around. I have forgotten to say thank you to Nezza and Mariposa. Girls, I was very glad to stand behind you! Only with your help I could hold my 2. line.
  17. Tina, I love your pics, thank you. Now my little report. First at all, I got the other world to go to a concert or to go to a festival. We arrived around 1 am and it was early enough for the second row. We ended behind some German fans and Nezza on the right side of the stage. Some French girls were on the left side, sadly we hadn’t much chance for saying hello, but a festival has own rules. In Arbon Mika were on the right day, the day before were any rock bands and on Saturday were the day with pop music. When I’m waiting for Mika I’m not really interesting on other band – but the two acts before were not so bad: DADA ANTE PORTAS, I haven’t filmed they, but I found a other festival – with a very similar atmosphere: and there were SILBERMOND, this group sings in German and the crowd loved they. My favourite song is here, but it’s also not from Arbon: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aDOX-qY7KOQ, it’s a really emotional love song. And then the flowers came on stage, including Yasmine helped to prepare all in a fast time. And at 10 pm Mika came out, and we got first the last time his energetic show, including “Any Other World” and “Kick Ass”, but this time he was not very chatty and we had no eye contact, but I noticed, however, a pleased smile as he discovered his French fans, very nice. But at all he was not in very good mood; on the other side I’m very sure that only the hard core Mika fans could recognize this. For fans which saw him the first time he was with a lot of energy and made a good job. I think the crowd was o.k. for a festival, not until the last row but in the first rows there were also a lot of pushing for Mika, the crowd was clapping to his songs, not so much like in a gig – but I found it o.k. When I saw the two Big Girls for the song I was very surprised because we didn’t saw Mama P. to such BG or LG. Because it was too late for a video for the two (for me unknown) girls, but I could manage few photos. I loved both, they made a good job. I hope someone could do a video from Lollipop, because the scene with the Big “Girl” was funny, but at this time all around were so pushy so I couldn’t filming from the second row. I only filmed two bits from “Stuck in the Middle”, but for this I was on the wrong side, so I hope someone from the left side did it also. And the sound is really bad, sorry.
  18. But this video is not from Arbon, they wrote is Sziget. I'm uploading my vid, but I only did SITM and the sound is bad.
  19. Hi! From Arbon to Munich we needed around three hours, with a little rest we were at home around 5 am. So till now no report, only my few pics I made (for the Big Girls). The last picture is of the gift delivery. The German fans Mika wanted to make a pleasure to Mika - and would like to thank him and I think we were preparing him to a real joy.
  20. Mellody: Thank you for your so detaled report. Also thanks for uploading the vids and the other reports.
  21. Don't worry Mariposa. Only decided not to film, because I was afraid to take you your joy at the gig. And I've noticed that you were paying attention when I was filming, thanks! Sadly I can't upload anything, because we have tecnical problems, I'm in internet via UMTS and that I wouldn't use for uploading. @Tina78: I love your Kick-Ass-Video! @Slavaniet: Thank you for your detailed report. I love it to read and your news: "She added that they would probably be in Europe in a few months / app. six months. That's great news and I hope that it'll happen ! That'd be great." That sounds really great! I wish you a great time in Hamburg.
