I thought of Mika today when Simon Cowell was mentioned on the radio news. Maybe you already know of this, but apparantly he's been approached to be the "face" of Viagra advertising (Simon that is). He refused, but did admit he wears platforms to make himself look taller (probably a little envious of our Mika's statuesque height, eh? ) and bo-tox treatments as well. Too bad he can't take something to sweeten up his personality (i think he's been sucking lemons with Kate Nash ... hehe)

What kind of dogs have you got Wendi? We have an Airedale terrier puppy who is extremely busy and very sweet. (BTW Official fan club thread is still closed I see - *trying to be patient* )

Icey looks a little distressed when you are speaking (?)Italian with Mika....lol True, Shari, it's gotta be tough with all the fans/papparazzi and suffocating attention. He is such a charmer! I know it must be nice to have an autograph and it probably helps to fill in for not knowing what to say to Mika if and when one finally gets to be face to face with him, but I think I would spend my time talking/looking, i dunno - just a thought.

Leonita, check out the Diana Gabaldon books - series starts with the book "Outlander" - the main character is Clare - her nickname is Sassenach as she is in the company of lots and lots of Scots (hmmm sounding familiar) and she is English. It's an excellent read (she travels back 200 yrs to the Heilands in the 1700's (oops, sorry don't want to give too much away if you are going to read..... )

Hey hello You from the hometown of Gordon Lightfoot!!! Nice to see you here! I second your feeling of surprise/doubt(?) in the Mikster's ability to make another awe-inspriring album!

Whatever the much anticipated album sounds/looks like, it will be literally gobbled up by MFC'ers and other fans! No doubt about it! I do believe, if anyone cares, that Mika has much of this album already mapped out (I dunno - just a gut feeling ) and that he does very much care about what MFC'ers and fans think - and not just for the sales/revenue factor either! It's been said before and I'll say it again - Mika treats his fans with care and respect.

Aw, Nikibella, not a rant, not from an ingrate...but a true blue fan. So true when you call him a A Very Desirable Man who at the end of the day is just another human being.... Love him for his class, his being different by trying to make it special for his diehard fans (as if he isn't special enough already!!!) and his gentle ways. Glad you enjoyed the night of "champers" (lol-sorry I find this word hilarious!) and the view of an extremely classy and talented man.
