Certainly not . But maybe we will discover a little more of that mystery during the Xmas party (another good reason to come:punk:).
Why did you quit your job? Can you get another one, at least till the Xmas party so you're sure you can come ?
Welcome Sarah. Here's the place where people want (you) to talk about Mika, instead of wanting to die when you talk about him, so I think you will have fun here .
I can't find her post right now but she was saying something about having her birthday and wanting to come to the xmasparty and asking the trip for her birthday, something like that . It would be amazing if people from far away would be able to come, I can understand if they wouldn't though, since the trip is expensive and there's no gig involved (unless Freddie is going to sing for us ).
Ingie, it's a shame that you're not sure yet if you can come. Maybe you can come a little later that day and study in the morning?
If you pay for it I would be happy to buy it for you .
Are you really considering coming? That would be great! Charlottechristy also reacted, are you planning on coming Charlotte?
When I looked at the price it was higher (maybe I didn't look good)? The price you mention sounds reasonable! It looks better than the easyhotels (wich is logical since they are just for sleeping).
If I try to make a reservation for 28-11-08 (just to see what the costs will be) it says 45,- pounds per night in the Victoria easyhotel, the London Paddington easyhotel will cost 29,-, South Kensington 40,-, Earls court 42,- per night.
Easyhotel sounds good as well (I'll have to bring sunglasses, flying with easyjet and staying in an easyhotel. I should be used to the colour though, it's Holland’s national colour ). The price is very attractive. Is Victoria far from the centre of London? Do they have a nice lounge or must we go somewhere else for that?
Looks certainly lovely but for me a bit too expensive as well.
Anyone another suggestion? If the hotel is not expensive but we have to pay a lot for public transportation because of the location of the hotel it doesn't change much .
Are there hotels in the centre of London who are a bit nice and less expensive then the one in the link at all?
It's fine with me (all the weekends in november are fine with me).
Maybe if we make a reservation in a restaurant we don't have to wait so long?
Or maybe if the hotel has got a good restaurant we can eat there? But a restaurant might be nicer.
I thought you had done that by now!
Wendy, are you really coming! That's good news!
I can also push a weal chair if necessary, I pushed my mother in laws a lot and I don't drink much as I don't feel well after having had more then 1 or 2 glasses of anything (unless it's juice) . So rest asure, that part will be allright.
I assume there's no decision made about the hotel yet?
I know, but in a sentence like this this is the only way I know how to say it!
What should I have said: traduise? Traduie?
Ah, I was right about the ball in your throad! I understand what you mean. Can you contact your friends on email, msn etc.? It might soften the pain a little.
Et on va t'occuper avec des questions de Français, comme diversion .
Oui, traduisez, toujours . Now I am left thinking you have a bal in your throat . I understand why you are sad. When my sister and family left for Switzerland again I was also sad. For some reason a high always comes with a low . But later you will look back on your holiday and you will have happy memories!
The Xmas party is in a weekend but I understand that you need to safe money.
