Getting everything Mika in one picture is gonna be impossible because it’s scattered literally everywhere around the house, but I recently got the songbook in my collection so I photographed the cd boxes I own. I have a few more cds elsewhere tho (Songs for Sorrow in the book, that big box with photos of Origin of Love). As for stuff, yeah thats everywhere and anywhere atm ah photo was only in my Instagram, so here’s a screenshot

That is really cool! I know it’s a common thing at Japanese concerts (I’m also into Jpop) and it seems super helpful with all the chanting they do at those concerts lol. It’ll pick up all the sweat from all the dancing etc You could also hang it on the wall with some pins

A show within a show, that’s promising! Can’t say I’m a little scared for him.. Singing this very new song on a big stage for the first time in front of millions of people at home, all having an opinion🫣 Alwyas makes me nervous, can’t imagine how he must feel 😅 Curious about the medley, will they be his songs or older Eurovision? (Please don’t sing Abba, Mika🙇‍♀️)

Update, my mother has ordered some yarn And we got our restaurant reservation booked! We'll be having dinner at Agrabah's Sadly Chez Remy was already fully booked, as was Captain Jack's, so this one was next on the list.

I don’t think I’ve seen anything like it at my local fabric store (which isn’t a small one 😅), but I’d enjoy creating my own tho!

So I’ve done some sewing testing today! I love Mikas new outfits with the flowers a lot 😍 And I’d love to kinda recreate that into a skirt. So I want to keep my rainbow panels in there, but make it pastels, and have a tule layer on top with the floral design. So I tested sewing on brides tule this evening and I think I can make it work! I can’t fill in any flowers or leaves with this technique, but I can definitely create colourful outlines 😍

Do they add effects on the voices? Because the voice is nothing like Mika’s.. I can hear it in the way things are pronounced but the actual warmth of the voice is not a match.

I hope he’ll release it soon 👀 I’ve been replaying that insta vid quite a lot!

Okay okay!!! You can hear the instruments better in this one and it sounds a lot more interesting as it has more depth now in terms of instrumentals. Also Mika saying 'And it has ONE fan!!' cracked me up. The poor guy must've been so nervous. I feel he's always quite anxious about performing new material. Back in 2010 they played the record version of Kick-Ass after the concert, and my Mother and I saw him peak through the curtains, looking at peoples reactions to the song. His whole body screamed anxiety. I also feel like the 'urban' parts will have a mic effect, a more radio tone if that makes sense? And it'll then switch to his own regular voice in the chorus parts.

I’m intrigued, not yet hooked but that’ll surely come when I’ll hear it in all its glory in high quality audio. That’s usually the case for me anyway. It definitely feels like a cycle song for me. A steady rhythm that keeps going and keeps pushing. perhaps it’s part of the storytelling, since our lives keep going nonstop for 24/7. Part of modern times as well.

Okay I’m thinking of creating a really fun outfit and I just thought of making a skirt with hidden panels in them with rainbow colours. So a regular A-line skirt, with pizza slices of colourful fabric in the bottom half, so when you twirl, it will show the colours! Love brainstorming on stuff like this🤔🧐🧐

Airbnb is booked 💪 We’ll be a 20-25 min walk away from the park. Now to figure out what to wear.. I’ve also been trying to design some Mickey ears mixed with Mika, which I never thought I’d do Long live quiet evenings at work where I just sit at the register and draw lol.

Booked!! We’re in a hotel that’s a 10 min walk away and not too crazy expensive 💪💪 My Mum will be flying in from Munich to Amsterdam and we’ll meet at the airport to continue to London, so we’ll arrive quite late on Friday night. But we’re booked! No way back now

I’m also going to make a playlist with all three artists to get a feel for the other two. So in what order do you think they’ll perform? And what songs would Mika sing? I can’t see him sing Ice Cream in Disneyland…. Maybe Tiny Love? Origin of Love?

As Spring has started, it won’t be long until Summer is here! my sister will come along with me to the park ánd the concert! Atm I’m also trying to convince my best friend to come too. Which I did by telling her all about the plans. And we made an estimated price for the journey, accompanied by a bunch of rainbows 🌈 i also did some research on the actual event, as I just jumped at the tickets without thinking So, you’re allowed to stay at the Disney studios from 8pm til 2am. The studios park closes at 7pm, so they’ll prepare within that time I guess? There will first be a parade with a bunch of people dancing (no actual dancers but I guess people that got invited?), some Disney characters and the artists that will perform. And the artists… will sit in a parade car!! So we’ll see Mika in a parade car as well! Can’t wait to see that lol. Then after that, I think the performances will start? I’m guessing Mika will perform last as he’s bigger than the other two in music world and France. And some of the rides stay open too! How fun!🤩 Here are two videos I found, one with the parade, the other a nice compilation. In 2019 the big artist was Boy George!

I’m trying to get my sister to join. And we’ll probably drive there. But she wont go see Mika.

Right? Bit of fun going into the rides enjoying the day, then going watching the fireworks, leave early ish and queue at the studios for the gig? 👌 Rose mentioned an Ibis that’s easy to reach with the metro in Disney Village, so should be doable without too many problems..

So I’m looking for people to join me in the park on the same day 😄 MFC disney trip 👀
