    YKYAMFW when you check out LICM, even though you already own it, from the library just to up it's circulation stats so maybe they'll get another Mika CD someday. YKYAMFW aforementioned CD is unable to be kept checked-out, because someone else requested it, you scream with glee because somebody else in your podunk city must like Mika too! YKYAMFW it's time to return the library's copy of LICM you sadly wave byebye to it as it disappears into the bookdrop. YKYAMFW you are happy you got a 50 cent fine on the late-returned LICM and aren't planning on paying it just so that every time you try to check out the librarian tells you about the fine & reminds you of Mika. ^the latter three all happened to me today

    what a brilliant story! thank you for sharing it. i was having an annoying day but your story brought the biggest grin to my face! omg you handled it sooo well. i prolly would in his apple juice or something! so i work at a library in Nebraska, do you reckon there's any hope Mika will come to my work? *still entertains her fantasy*

    i love Depeche Mode not so much their more recent stuff but Speak & Spell, Construction Time Again, Violator, Ultra... just brillant to me. Just Can't Get Enough is the only song that Mika's covered that I actually liked before I ever even heard of Mika

    um... hello can i join the list? i live in boring old Nebraska, but my sister lives in Philadelphia & I've been there many times! if i ever get to see Mika live it'll probably be in Philly because i plan my visits to her around what concerts I want to see and i've little hope of him coming anywhere near enough to here.

    pretty please can anyone translate what Mika says in French before Holy Johnny on the LICM dvd for me? i think i hear something about Birmingham but i'm probably way off thanks to any who can help

    i looove that he sang this in English! i'm so used to singing along with the French lyrics (well mumbling vaguely French sounding syllables really ) though, this version is gonna take some getting used to!

    Placebo are amazing! i got into them in Oct 2001, seen them 5 times (all in Philadelphia, except once in DC), met them & got hugs, was in the fanclub, made a fansite, the whole obsessive nine yards Back in 2001-2002 i used to LIVE in their chatroom before it closed omg those were the days i love BMM best... i think the newer stuff is good & all, but just not as good the earlier albums
