  1. Thinking of all the Italian fans here. I don't know how many of you live in or near the affected area but as long as it's possible, try to stay high not low... Hope you and your families are safe! Wish you health.  Of course that applies to everybody who lives in a country that is affected (at this point I think most of us do...).

Yes, let's be strong and let's hope the best. Here on MFC we always find support, any kind...

Luckily I don't live in the red area, but I'm not that far either and each day the virus spreads more. There are people not respecting the rules and that's not helping at all. Not everyone is realizing how concerning this is and how we'd all need to go back to normal as soon as possible - which would be definitely easier with a little cooperation. Thanks for your kind post, I wish everybody the same! How's the situation in your country?

@sara09 Hopefully it won't hit Tuscany! I've seen some videos on Twitter where people were leaving Milan before midnight... It must have been scary to know the city is going to be shut down but at the same time, I hope these people won't spread the virus further. It's a difficult situation for everyone... I've been to Milan and other places in the area this summer and it's really hard to imagine the situation over there now. I always feel far more touched by such bad news when I know the place where it's happening.

Here there are 28 cases so far but the first ones were just a week ago, so nobody knows how the situation will develop, for now all the people have been in Italy or they are family members of someone who have been there. I have to say I'm a bit more careful nowadays as in a big city, the virus can spread very easily, also there are still many tourists and people arriving from Italy and other countries that are more affected. But it's really not possible to follow the recommendation such as staying at least 1,6 m or 2 m from other people when you are travelling by the metro every day... So I'm doing my best but you still need luck in such situations. Everyone should stay 2 weeks in a quarantine when arriving from Italy but I guess many people don't respect these rules. Also some events are affected. In two weeks there will be an Avril Lavigne concert I have a ticket for (I used to be a fan years ago and never saw her live) but I'm not sure if I should go there if it takes place or not, of course there's still a chance that it gets cancelled or postponed... I really hope this situation won't last till summer, that's the only thing I'm looking forward to.
