It can come in a tube? It's pretty big though, don't know if it would fit in your package ... probably something like over 6ft x 50cm or so, usually wrapped tightly in some kind of fabric, and makes some pretty funky noises... I like condensed milk on toast!!! I like too!!! My daughter eats it straight out the tube - but I love it onhot buttered toast. If you boil the can, for about 2 hours, but make sure the pan does not boil dry, it makes a thick, pale golden fudge type substance!! Yummy!!!! I made jam from milk last month.
