nico_collard Posted March 29, 2009 Share Posted March 29, 2009 I actually spent all day watching people parade around in kilts... unfortunately I can't wear one (or play my beloved bass drum), but it was a good day... I spent most of it criticising one of the private school bands, cause they had their pipe tutor as one of the pipers and the bass drummer was their drum tutor (who learnt the snare from us and is pretty crap at bass).. The host school's band was quite good, but seeing as two of the pipers are the children of the banddmaster adn their grandfather is in our band, I would expect them to be good!
