Although we didn't know about 80% of the songs but the musicians are still as good as they were when they played with Fish ages ago. Two sets of an hour both with a little 10 min break, and an encore in Christmas style (Let it Snow). And 15 min later we were back home. Wendi, sorry to hear about your teeth! They gave me dentures, but they don't fit, and when I try and eat with them in it's like biting on glass!! I have to wait 6 months to get them re-lined - will be 4 stone in weight at this rate!!! Yes, his voice does not sound the best, it was weird to not have the high notes and weird to see Sara on bass(!!), but as for how he looked.... he was pale, but gorgeous as usual. His hair looked particularly fab. Has he had a hair cut since the previous gigs cos it looked like tighter curls than has been lately? I like his hair shorter with the tighter curls. (don't know what's with that), and my first instinct was that I didn't like it cos it sounded like one of those big power ballads from the 80's, but yesterday i couldn't get the chorus out of my head! It was the sharpie marker that Mika touched last March in Toronto when he said "This is a really big, black Sharpie pen!" His sweat, fingerprints (DNA) are on it. Glad you got fab pressies carrie!
