Mark Ronson has lived stateside for large chunks of his life. He's been a big DJ in New York. He's a genius IMO. The sound he's created for Amy Winehouse and Lily Allen is phenomenal. And the way he can rework old songs is brilliant. But he's not male artist of the year. I think that person should be a singer and a songwriter.
