You must be an excellent cook Kath? Spinach prawn curry last night, chowder tonight. Like experimenting?

I live in a non meat eating household Shari so most of our dishes are based around vegis.....or fish....just so happens it was two fish nights in a row :naughty:

Tomorrow it will be lasagne but it is Abby's turn to cook tomorrow as I am working and Thursday it is chilli (all vegi of course) Friday it is Ab again and pasta bake and Salad and Saturday is back to the drawing board and to see what the supermarket has going cheap in the way of ingredients! :naughty: But yes, I like cooking and now that I have an aga it is good fun.:thumb_yello:

Personally, I myself like abit of chicken :naughty: I particularly liked the idea of the lebanese chicken that Blue mentioned earlier!:naughty:

Hello Martine. Have you had a good day?

I had a wonderful day, reading the reports today. I'm so proud of Vero, she was the best lollipop girl I ever saw!

Yes I have been known to fancy a bit of young chicken. Has to be a cock though and not a hen!

sorry -

i was wondering if the aga was just newly built and opened in your area -

but you answered my question for me!:wink2:

lots of new stores being built and opened here in my area!

am excited to get a new harris teeter store opening in a couple of months...

they have a lot more organic and natural foods than the other places...

(don't know what the prices are though:blink: )

trader joe's is one of my favorites -

but it is about 45 minutes away -

so usually only make a trip up there once a month or so...

the area was named after this guy:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=thoroughgood+house

here it is on the map!

http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&geocode=&q=thoroughgood+house+virginia+beach&sll=37.0625,-95.677068&sspn=29.440076,59.238281&ie=UTF8&ll=36.895273,-76.127872&spn=0.057934,0.1157&z=13&iwloc=addr&om=0

(you can see the little creek naval base to the north!:thumb_yello: )
