I don't think it's Mother's Day in the UK tomorrow, though, is it? How about Canada? In any case, for any moms here who will be celebrating tomorrow: HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY! My hubby and son have just gone out to get me a card -- I know that they have already bought me a gift, because I've seen the charge on my credit card bill! It looks like they've gotten tickets to a show (for August) at an amphitheater about 5 minutes from our house. I made a fuss about the "REGENERATION TOUR 2008" that's coming -- it has the Human League, Belinda Carlisle, ABC, A Flock of Seagulls, and Naked Eyes! I wish it was a MIKA concert, but oh well. This is a good alternative! At least... I hope I'm right! dcdeb Happy Mother's Day deb. Our Mother's Day is always the somethingth Sunday of Lent, so it moves around in March, depending on when Easter falls. Nell made me a card LAST year with a promise to treat me to a night at the pictures and it's still propped up in the kitchen waiting for her to be around when there's a film we both fancy! Watching Something for the Weekend and they just showed a really cool LED watch, wouldn't mind one of them. Anders and Lisse from Alphabeat are on there cooking now. For some reason I've gone a bit deaf in both ears! I thought it migth be my sinuses cause it's happened before, but even thogh I'm using Oltravine to clear them, still having trouble hearing. And yes I did clean my ears out, but I'm gonna get some Autex to get any deep routed wax out of there. Laurel, watch out for the irritating man in the rabbit suit.
