Lol it's so sad that we know it's wrong but we still do it.

But lif'es too short, I guess.

I know. I eat bad food all the time I mean, I'm not big by any means but...it tastes too good. I REALLY want to eat healthier, just so I can feel better about my health.

i saw a great movie yesterday and i have to put it here, i hope i won't duplicate. i'm talking about Kiss Kiss Bang Bang. it's kinda weird so not everyone will like it but i was watching it with my sister and my brother and we cried of laughter, it was hysterical. they didn't want to watch it at first but i made them as i can watch anything with robert downey jr, even iron man :mf_rosetinted:

so we did watch it and we loved it! and it's funny how i can't escape Mika and MFC, someone has a siggy with the quote from this movie, the one about dice, i was like awww, MFC, it's everywhere! :biggrin2:

oh, and i don't think i have to introduce The Killers, but i recommend them to everyone. and i also like the Swedish band called Kent, they're really good.

http://youtube.com/watch?v=FyMSlHsYl5Y

and my fav Kent song, can't believe it's ten years old

i didn't put the official video coz the audio is the best in the above one.

Joe Fresh Clothing. http://www.joe.ca/default_en.aspx It's a Canadian fashion line. You can only find them at the GROCERY STORE.

It's trendy but not over the top, and it's affordable. And if you live outside of Canada, there will be very few people who'll ever have the same outfit as you.

Jack - you should visit the Real Canadian Superstore before you fly back home.

:wink2:

**And yes, that's an "Apple" tee made with the word "FRESH" .

I recommend Yeojin Bae (brand/designer)

I think she is Australian- but not 100% sure of it!

http://tbn0.google.com/images?q=tbn:Fcd03c-bdnzZ_M:http://bp2.blogger.com/_LZHwg9YWIjY/Rd9

I only have one of her pieces (I am planning on buying another dress) so far- a strapless dress with pink silk around the top. It fits wonderfully. Ignore the price- it's not that much, and is definetly worth it.

I've discovered you can buy her clothing at http://www.matchesfashion.com- but I bought my dress from Liberty in London.

I also recommend HayMax Pure (hayfever treatment)

http://tbn0.google.com/images?q=tbn:2dkQnjGslUhsoM:http://img.dailymail.co.uk/img

I don't like taking tablets for my hayfever, so I tend to rely on this stuff, which is very good at banishing the sniffles and watery eyes, and it's cheap.

I buy mine from Boots- but it isn't on the website (i've tried before). It should also be at your local chemists, anyway. :thumb_yello:

I knowww it tastes great and it makes me happy! But then when I try eating healthy it FEELS better. I feel light. It's like I'm used to my tummy aching from junk food.

xD Yeah.. and we're probably making it shorter coz of our unhealthiness...:lol3::blink:

Haha i noee:bleh: We will be fine. I hope.

no, no,no, im sorry but i just CANT let you recommend this, i mean i have nothing against the man or against you and i plainly agree with the idea of recommending a cooking book but PLEASE people dont read the alchemist, this is a failure, are we good or evil? moral...catholic 100%, the light is in you, life is beautiful, have faith, you have to take risks etc. its an hymn to love ans to holy Mary, the feminine face of , guess who: God (the same one they trust), i think its for depressed people, to make them believe in something which is not bad, but literally its a bad book, if you want to read about a spiritual quest then there are plenty of other books better than this one like for instance on the road from kerouac or even the whole new age literature who experienced it much better

Haha it's not THAT bad. It's definitely not as good as people say it is though. If I had to recommend a Coelho book tho I'd say "Veronika Decides To Die". It's great.

Yea, almost nobody drinks enough water. clearly you can live without the recommended amount, but you feel much better when you have it. I might also add, for motivations for some, that many people also lose weight when they start drinking water regularly.

(many times when you drink enough water, you wont be thirsty for pop, and wont be as hungry for snacks)

I don't always drink quite that amount, but i do my best.

Good recommendation. When I was younger I didn't drink much water, but I think I just aquired the taste, now I regularly drink probably at least 3 litres a day, some days 4 or 5.

It's just a matter of taking in a bit at a time.

I take some 2 litre bottles to work and decant them into a 1 litre sports cap bottle and just sip, sip all day, and drink water with meals.

I don't normally wear perfume because I'm averse to heavy and strong scents. So when I'm not wearing Body Shop's Satsuma, I wear a scent called "Clean". Smells like you've just stepped out of the shower.

Hey Nono! I just came back from Costco and bought the book The Host, too.

How's Middlesex?

Really? Sweeeet.

I don't know. I'm reading The Host first:naughty:

Are you?

Well, yes, because I already read Middlesex. I recommended it along with the others earlier in the thread.:bleh: I just started The Host and I'm only on the first chapter. So far, pretty good.

I'll just add that it gets a lot better as you get farther in.

I was asking "Have you started reading The Host?" :naughty:

sorry for the misunderstanding :bleh:

It's sort of confusing right now, but I'm hoping I'll understand it haha
