Not nice to pay higher booking fees then... There's never any barriers there, just one big auditorium. You pay more because you got them in presale and they have to be sent to you from abroad. I really can't help much with that as I think it is country specific. For German shows it must be some German site. For UK gigs I use Ticketmaster or order directly from the venue...
