With Hostels.com you only pay 10% of the total fee in advance BTW I'm staying here and they do have 3-bed female dorms (which I booked) but with separate bookings there is no guarantee that you're in the same room. Now there's one 'entrance' for all of their three hostels but the separate links to the hostels are not working for me. Oh well, you can still get access to their booking system through Hostels.com.
