«U na forza che non contrappone ma unisce, una forza che non è solo virile. Un altro genere di forza capace di liberare le donne e gli uomini». Così la vicedirettrice vicario del Corriere della Sera Barbara Stefanelli ha aperto l’ottava edizione del Tempo delle Donne alla Triennale di Milano. Una forza che quest’anno ha avuto un esempio preciso: le donne afghane.

 

Così sono intervenute (collegate da un luogo segreto e protette perché minacciate dopo aver lasciato l’Afghanistan per l’Italia) alcune calciatrici di Herat e una regista, Sahraa Karimi, fuggita da Kabul dopo l’arrivo dei talebani. Le parole di Karimi hanno scosso la platea: «Se volete aiutare le donne afghane dite ai vostri leader di non riconoscere legittimità ai talebani. Chi sono i talebani per venire da me, da noi, e dirci quello che dobbiamo o non dobbiamo fare?».

 

Ma la forza, ieri sera è stata anche quella degli uomini. Per esempio di Mika, che ha fatto una sorpresa raggiungendo la Triennale e regalando una commossa testimonianza tra musica e parole:

«Per me la virilità è quella di un uomo che si fa amare da uomini e donne. E io posso dire di essere virile perché ho avuto intorno donne forti, come mia madre».

Una forza tranquilla come quella di, nuotatrice paralimpica che a Tokyo ha vinto 5 medaglie ma che ancora non riesce a entrare nel corpo sportivo della Polizia di Stato e allora la sua idea di forza, come ha detto, coincide con un sogno: «Diventare una poliziotta completa».
