Well, I for one am skinny as a toothpick (would love to gain a little weight) and I eat like there's no tomorrow... so yeah I think he eats well and is just naturally skinny... I never considered myself as skinny, but nor fat! if he's 6 feet and 154 pounds.... well,now I feel fat!!!!!
