NO, I don't believe it was calculated.

MIKA said he & his co-writer were searching for words that would rhyme with 'BOOM' and Doriand came up with 'Fruit Of The LOOM' which seemed perfect . . . and not only because of the rhyming . . .

but also 'cause it stands for boxers as well.

Dear Mika

Well you are a clever boy! An author! Who knew? Well... most of us fans actually knew what a brilliant writer you are. Your XL columns have been very special to us.

Of course you do realize that you'll have to have a book signing session at, The Trafford Centre in Manchester.

That's about 10 minutes, in a car, from my house, so there will be a cup of tea here for you after the signing.

Of course, I'll have to be in the car, to show you the way to my house, but I don't mind that at all.
