Emma unreleased song is a song with a retro flavor, perfectly built for the swing voice of this young Scottish mother. It is titled Daddy Blues: the music is written by Emma Morton, by her partner Luca Giovacchini and Alessandro Raina, while the text is by Emma and Luca. The song talks about abandonment and alcoholism. It is the story of Emma's father, who was an alcoholic; for her, it was very hard growing up with such a complicated man and explains it in the lyrics.

 

"It was hard growing up with my father. The text is difficult, it is hard, but the music is a sort of relief. I want to go on stage and pull out everything...everything has to go out in this show."

I watched all, auditions, lives, backstage, xtra ... I like Emma, talented, is obvious but Ilaria is amazing, Mika loves Ilaria, is evident in every 'live'

My opinion:

Mika is a true gentleman, always an example of class, education and professionalism, above any meanness and vulgarity.

The strategies and tactics, the quarrels/fights true and/or to increase the audience, because the Italian public likes the trash, and the agreements/pacts between the judges (minus one, Mika), possible because "conveniently" before their vote there is always a commercial break of 5/6 minutes without a camera pointed at them, the public at large majority of teenagers, have sincerely and definitively ruined the show.Sky and the production have chosen, like others tv/talent shows, to have more audience at the expense of quality.The level has fallen very low, with no respect for the competitors and towards the only true artist and international pop star in the program.

Also I don't like the insults and nasty remarks, totally uncalled for toward Mario, who certainly isn't responsible for the elimination of Emma and that for me deserves the final for his talent, which maybe are "understandable", coming from social media, but not at all from who does XtraFactor and their guests, from two weeks.Why?because he isn't a (superficially) pretty/good-looking boy and doesn't make music that appeals to teenagers? or because they are afraid that he can really win and spoil the victory of Fedez and the "more suitable/appropriate" Madh and Fragola?Mario is the true outsider both of the show and out there and this behavior towards him, still in the competition and in the final, is deeply unfair and in bad faith.

So, after all this dirty play, I say: GO MARIO!

And if Mika will sing his new song in the the final, alone, please, no duet with anyone, we will all be happy!

Totally agree with you, Ilaria is a good SINGER but mediocrity, I think. Emma is an incredible ARTIST.

Emma was like a real artist the moment we first heard her during auditions I'm so disappointed with the judges. I really liked Fedez in the beginning but he seems to be not only smart but also very calculative which is much more manipulative than Morgan's "self-centered genius" type of behavior.

Heard earlier that the voting audience is very young and was surprised as in Finland voting happens usually by mobile texts and young audience naturally can't (with limited mobile budgets) afford to vote as much as adults. Then I learnt that voting in Italy is actually free explaining also very young people voting.
