I just saw pictures of Mika with a beautiful looking white cake that was so huge and it had piano keys on it with lollipop girl on the side and a piano man on top on the "Send a message to Mika thread" and I didn't want to make a nusance of myself there so does anyone know of the thread where I can find/see those pictures or possibly read about it?

You know the one that someone won during the MFC spring cleanup? I think the same deal is possibly the one Mika obtained from Kanye West where he found Es Devlin had worked on his glow in the dark show. Sorry for being a noob (after 3 and a half years)

Yes he does! I just never found a way of getting photos of Mika up here that fitted in with the thread until recently. I love seeing pictures and realising all over again how wonderful and cute and gorgeous Mika really is! "Oh and I'm woma-I'm also wearing women's underwear!" It looked like he was going to get up and show us his frilly knickers but I saw other videos from that ball (am I allowed to talk about that?) and there was a laptop and a camera and you give your confession and then press the button to stop the video and he pushed that button like he wasn't sorry for stealing that "incestuously stolen" jewelery one little bit! How adorable is Mika?

I saw Kick Ass on C4 in the hols! I was watching "What's the theme?: Hits from the flicks" and it was not in the top 5 I don't think But it was ON! Last night I watched LiveICM and PDP in a row and I've been listening to my special edition TBWKTM album lots and LICM as well. I feel really out of touch with Mika. Sometimes I feel like all I do is watch live vids and look at pics. I want to look at/hear interviews too but haven't got the time now as I don't get lots of time at my friend's and school is a nono (I'm pulling a nono right now ). But do you know what? Watching LiveICM for the first time in ages (and a long way from home, the doco), I realised that Mika has really grown (as has the ability of the camera people who shoot his shows ) and I love how when he said all the stuff about going on tour in the ICM doc, it really related to me at the time when I got it, but now, it's PDP's doc that gives me more to think about. Designing sets and taking something existing and applying a bigger dome to it (like adding more money and a bigger place and more time). I'm making lots of cartoons ATM. Mika ones and a Greg Wells peice and lots of ones about a certain gtalk stalker I hope you're all well, remember I'm always available on Facebook, and moreso than MFC so if you ever need someone to talk to, I'm here (er.. There :Pp)

Do you think that they are actually letters written though? Some of them feel to me like they've been translated or really dramatised to be artistic more than serious. But tragic at the same time. Like a sad mine rather than a sad man in the rain. If that makes sense? Maybe he's being clever about the numbers. Is there something like a 96th platform? Or somethingfor the station to do with the numbers 6 and 9 possibly? IDK, it's so much less obvious than LICM isn't it?!

Wait, I was away a few days and got to thinking: Mubbina's being the mubbin form of GGG would explain her absence in the "Beautiful Freaks" picture! All the mubbins, BG, LPG, BB, Dr John and even Mika make appearances but she's not there... And nor is Toy Boy BTW... The song is unappologetic about being different and wanting to go places (or do things that people might think are a bit wack) and I think maybe he says "Empty loving makes me seasick" because, as you said, he did it but didn't feel good about it. He went through a very dark time I think and maybe HE was the one experimenting (with sexuality, identity and trying on different things to learn what he liked and what he didn't like so he knew whether to do it more or not at all) and so yeah... But he got asked about the V-day ticket and he didn't really answer it did he? Once again, I heard about this from OMM and he sort of just said something about the date and made it seem like it didn't mean so much to him because how old was he in 96? (his words, not mine. I also remember he tried to add it up and then gave up trying the mental maths ) so I'm not really sure. But isn't it on the same page as those mean letters? I'm a little rusty on it all seeing as I don't actually have the album near me. I haven't seen it since I handed it over to a trusted friend, along with all the contense of my Mika-box because I was fearing for its safety. That was around february or late january
