don't think i'll be able to afford this, as the milk thingie already went to 350 pounds. but i placed my bid anyway, as the point in this is make the price go up as much as possible, to help haiti as much as possible. currently i'm winning. but it's still on for 6 days.

agree with the first part. and about the 2nd, i don't think/hope those who were talking about fans moving along the queue meant us - i don't think it's ok to go to the end of the queue again to have another moment with mika (unless he tells you to, like it was the case with one person in dublin). but to follow mika along the queue to take pix of him, keeping enough distance so not to bother him, the security people, or anyone whose turn it is to meet him, is perfectly ok imo. like you said, some might be happy about those pix - not only if you're in them, i have some fab pix which i'll post for all of you later, and don't think i got in anyone's way by taking them. of course it's a totally different thing if people shout at mika to look into their camera, but luckily i saw no one doing that in dublin (think it was the case in berlin at the acoustic tour though. ). there were enough who mobbed him though.

yes there was a merchandising stand, i also had to ask someone to find out - it was inside that wall that separated the 2 entrance doors of the venue, and you could only see it when you went to the right, coming from inside. which hardly anyone did, as there was a crowd there, and on the left you could walk through. :rolls_eyes: it was like a cloakroom or a kiosk. guess they didn't have space to put up their usual merchandise stand.

maybe it has to do with that p*rn star "mika rain"? aww poor guy! i guess that explains it then. really?! who did that?! that's really not nice. you're right in a way, if he doesn't feel like meeting fans, but still does it, it makes me feel bad too. when he's not ill and in a good mood though, i think he enjoys it. like in berlin at the acoustic tour. even in dublin, he did take his time to take pix, he just could've said no about it, like it usually is the case. he never had a problem with saying sorry i don't have time for photos. i'd guess he might've felt both like he didn't want to meet the fans because he didn't feel well, and like he wanted to meet them because he likes it in some way.

oh, and here's my video of toy boy: it includes mika's talking at the beginning, and all his interaction and cuddling with the toyboy puppet, so cute! there's a bit missing in the middle though, so it's not the whole song. but almost.

it's fab, wait til you see it. but yes, maybe they should add that info, that the LGs won't be the cute little dancers like they used to be, but have a bit of a different role. i'll go for it. just the slight possibility that mika might actually be dancing with me (like he did with the BGs in dublin) is enough to make me want to do it. but then, i think i might be not petite enough for being a LG, and especially have too big feet for the LG shoes, i'd be surprised if they had them in my size... but maybe i can just go on stage in my gray skelly costume, that would be alright with me too.

you haven't watched the video? it's a mexican day of the dead parade - especially the part before love today. it's more like gray skellys in LG and BG outfits than LGs and BGs with masks.

it's not hard work, just watching mika videos and posting on mfc, nothing different to what i usually spend my time on. and i'm imagining how it would feel for me to not have been in ireland but stuck at home and desperate for the tiniest bit of news about that new tour - i mean, there's still so much that you guys haven't even seen/heard yet, it's all so new and fab and exciting! for example, he's still doing the sitm trumpet solo, and jimmy's giving him thumbs down for it (he has done that both in belfast and dublin) - and in belfast, mika showed jimmy the middle finger for that. and mika's dance with imma during ggg is also so fab! here's a little video of the first and the last bit of ggg in belfast, which includes that dance - in dublin it was even better, but haven't filmed that.

something else, i think no one has posted about the merchandise yet? apart from the stuff that we already know from MS, there are a few new t-shirts, an oyster card holder (wonder if they only sell that in the uk? anyway, guess i'll get one in london! ), postcards, and an excercise book - don't know for sure if there's anything inside it, but guess it's just a notebook with empty pages.

btw, agree with suzie on the support act - that guy was really entertaining, it was just him and his acoustic guitar, and he talked a lot between songs, in a really relaxed and funny way. he said he had been called to be the support act only a few hours before, because someone else had dropped out. he was so much better than that band in belfast! one of the few times that mika's support act didn't bore or annoy me.

if you remind me again a week before the german tour, i'll bring it for you on dvd.

well, like it has been said before, then maybe it's the extra adrenaline kick from the new tour. i've met him after other fantastic adrenaline-filled shows, and he never was like that. whatever, like i said, i don't want to complain, i'm really happy he came out to meet us at all. i just said, it was not the mika i "know" from other meetings. i hope i'll have many more opportunities on this tour to compare it to.

ah, thought that was my stupid internet connection... well guess it's still processing, hope it'll work later. if not, i'll upload it again tonight.

my version of any other world: i hope i was right in seeing tiibet filming love today and relax, would love to watch those! got part of the LT intro with gray skelly, but think tiibet has the whole thing. and at the beginning of relax, he was doing some chair dancing. i also have dr john, think it's not as zoomed as tiibets, so not that close, but it includes the intro with the sack falling down from the ceiling.

tiibet got a copy of the setlist, maybe she can post a pic of it?
