They wouldn't go in a new section, just in the "Members Only Discussions" sub-forum under "Members Only". While some people may be comfortable sharing some things with the whole world others are not. Anyone can make an account to view them that's true, but not having something google search-able is a good start towards privacy. As someone who has been stalked via google searches before I support the idea of moving more personal threads into Members Only so that they can't be indexed by search engines.

Have you heard the Linus Loves Remix of The Gossip's Yr Mangled Heart? I like that one too. I think he might be my second most favourite DJ after Paper Faces, Tiga and Benny Benassi. As for Love Today remixes, my most favourite are the Moto Blanco Mix with the keys and the disco feel and the Erick Kupper Mix, I like the acoustic guitar at the start and the catchy beat. The Rob Mello Mix isn't bad, but it's a tad weird. The Switch remix is a standard club song but it gets pretty annoying after a few listens. The Patrick Wolf one is good to get high to but sounds too abstract otherwise. Maybe I should make a separate thread to discuss remixes? I have way too many of them. Junkie.

I forgot about those stems, I have them too. They're short, not the whole song, but the lead vocal stem and the backing vocal stem are much better examples of what Caz was after.

I love remixes. It's interesting to hear how others interpret and reinvent a song, sometimes they even create something wholly new. I like some of the Relax, Take It Easy remixes even more than I like the original. (Actually, I have 17 Relax, Take It Easy remixes. Yeah, I'm a junkie. )

Ah, the Bimbo Jones remix. I like it and the Linus Loves Remix better than the Pull Tiger Tail remix. Of course it's edited. It's got a metallic electronic sound to it and a bit of an echo. Some DJ's are offered the 'stems' (i.e. the components of the song e.g. vox, backing vox, drum, bass, guitar, etc.) before a song's released and make remixes for the CD single. You usually can't get them yourself.
