Yea, I mean, I pretty sure the first is wastin'. But then again, it could be wasted. However, although it sounds as though it could be either, there is not clear 'ed' sound on the end:hence i think it's wastin'. The second....It really depends on if he says I've, or I'm....and I'm not sure. If its I've, I say it's most likely wasted, but I'm, wastin. so, yea, I'm not sure
