I've still not go to a proper report but i have to say this was one of the best festivals i have been to! soo relaxed - beautiful day - beautiful people - amazing music and awesome fairground rides! Echo Rose saying i was blown away by the 3 on main stage - Chaka Khan - Chic and Gracey! wow Mika was very nervous but very sweet as always not sure about the new band missed iMMa and Cherisse for sure:blink: It was too short of course but great to see him again live He needs to get his confidence back in the UK it seems - but it wasn't 3 years as he said since he played here!!! Edinburgh was 2010 Mika! looking forward to more shows as ever

Well i miss iMMa and Chrisse form that clip a bit - Celebrate - well it's good but not totally knockin' me out ..... The guitars are SO Daft Punk ...... it is a bit short too i reckon I don't tihnk it is that different either - from his other sounds - not as strong as Rain though - which should have been the first single on TBWKTM!( never WAG - that killed him here - esp the video:aah:) i tihnk MYH is a better song too but maybe not what he wants to portray as his - what will be in the UK anyway a comeback - and i really hope he does - so much. This is a very crucial time for him in a mainstream way anyway not that fussed about Pharrell part but it seems to be the standard for a song now to have this feature bit - thing is Mika isn't standard - or is he?? mmhh i'm happy to hear him again of course - i admire him tons but i'm not bowled over but it does make me feel happy to hear him - good luck Mika!

I am honoured to say i am the proud owner of a signed pre release copy! Thanks Kath I won't give anything away but i just want to say what a wonderful achievement it is. some people talk endlessly about things they might or want to do in life but never do them - for whatever reason- but you - you really go for it when you want to and i think it's a fabulous thing to have done! Well done Kath!!

Security were very over zealous – and they would not let us hardly film:aah: but i had just bought my new Lumix camera!! I did manage most of Touches You but then got told off – Mika saw this and had a giggle – that was nice! He gave us some nice smiles It was over too soon of course even though it wasn’t that short but I could have stayed all night of course! We headed out and did not wait long until he came out and chatted to people- I wasn’t so in the mood to chat too much so I just hung back and watched him – this is nice….. We waved to him goodbye and then went to another Q – this time for a taxi home to our hotel! It was all round a fab trip – thanks to everyone who made it a great experience – not only Mika – but thanks Mika for being a great guy and appreciating us! Well you already know the answer! YES YES YES!!!

As Kath has said this was my only gig this year as Mika managed to coincide most of his plans with my summer holidays!! How did he know to avoid me so well! I was sorry not to be the Compiegne- Liege- Porto trio as so many great peeps were going – never worry I got this one! It is just as well really I could go as Kath was needing a tour manger – it’s hard work being famous and on more than one occasion I’d to ask if people could move aside while she had a break form all the questions! I must say that I was delighted to be returning to Spain after 4 days – I like the Spanish people very much and of course it is always great to meet more people when at a gig – ola Rosa and everyone Carlos and you all! Yes the Q was no hassles – no nonsense and everyone being –very---- well nice – no pushing or hassle of any sort just chilled. We arrived at a proper time – like 15 mins before the gates opened! Then we had a long wait once inside and in our front row spots! We saw some good musicians – I esp liked Ok GO – other two bands were Spanish ( fair enuf!) so I didn’t understand too much! As has been said it was the old flowers set and no paintings, wigs, fancy knickerbockers or tights – aww I was a bit sorry not to see this being set up but then I started to think – maybe raw Mika will be nice! ( It was) I would have liked to have seen that set but hey I wasn’t complaining – Mika was there suddenly ( well after 7 hrs standing at the barrier) He came on quite quietly and then womph! Relax - take it easy – I was so glad to see him – it’s been nearly a year! He seemed very relaxed- happy and smiled a lot- spoke a lot of Spanish and seemed pleased to be there. There were no new ones apart form Elle Me Dit which I enjoyed dancing to and hearing live – always love Kick Ass – Rain and Touches You was great- forgot how much I liked it! This isn’t a perfect love ------ WAG is always so much better live and without the video too!! We were near Martin side rather than iMMa but we waved to her and she came over quite a bit which was great – love her interaction! Go iMMa! Martin was great too of course and Cherisse!!! Was interesting to see the new guys who were much more subdued and in the background than David or Jimmy were ( miss them!) I loved Imma’s bull! The charging with her little horns was hilarious!! (Part 2 in a mo)

OLA!! what a great trip to party Benidorm! I'm downloading pics now and going to do a brief write up in a mo- bet your'e all on the edge of your seats! Yeah!! Fab night of rose wine in the blazing sun - getting tattoo'd from a famous Ingie VV and chillin with fab peeps! One of da best Thanks fab pics there Is that what he said! Thank you!! I think some one was smoking something that night in the crowd tho - some aroma's came our way!!
