    Well, I used to watch more snooker, too. But i was a lot of snooker this season nevertheless :D

    The problem is, that Green Day gets more and more votes as well. But even if Mika won't reach Number 1, number 2 gets saver and saver with every vote. Number 2 will be great, too - but we must make sure, that nobody takes it away.

    I was thinking about it again: Maybe the "crown" means, that the other person is treatening the speaker like a king because of his/her adoration. He/She complies with his every wish etc. Then the "kid" means that the other person is treatening the speaker like a kid: He/She is ruling everthing and controling everything and doesn't give enough space (Like when a teenager is saying "I'm not a kid anymore")

    It's INCREDIBLE ... When he comes on the stages, and the room is full of energy the same moment ... and youself are singing and jumping and dancing together with Mika and the whole crowd ... and Mika is up there on stage and you can't stop watching him ...

     

    I hope so much for you, that he will come to brazil so you can go to one of his gigs.

    Hi! I got an answer. But no encouraging one. They told me, that it's theoretically possible. But how the wrote it, it was clear, that the practical chance is near zero.

     

    It's a shame that the existing recordings will get dusty in their archives - and we would be so happy, if we could hear them :no:

    So it's a Mikaish phrase and no English one And again more interpretation. Everytime when I hope, that my understanding-problems are only language-problems, my hopes are destroyed Thanks So it's also interpretation. I thought, maybe it's a situation, where it's clear for a mother language speaker, that it can only be meant figurative or only literally.

    I have three questions: Firstly, what does the phrase "to be stupid over somebody" mean? And the second is something between language and lyrics question: In "Ring Ring" Mika sings "I was sitting on the fence". Is he using the sentence as the phrase (not to take sides in a dispute; not to make a clear choice between two possibilities) or does he mean it literally? And last: Is "play me like a kid with a crown" a special phrase in English?
