you take letterman i take craig..they're good friends so it works out perfectly!

whaaaa? i won't have u maligning craig christine! craig's format isn't like the other shows - he normally has a warm-up comedian everynight (the guy does his thing before craig comes out then the guy leaves) and it's the same guy most nights...craig doesn't usually have a comedian do a routine as a guest on the show and if he does (i think i've only seen it once in all the years) he always greets them after...he also doesn't have musical guests perform..if there's a musical guest on it's because he's interviewing them - they don't perform usually perform...(i think i've seen a performance maybe once too? ) craig has a very small studio with none of the fancy shmancy stuff and band etc of the other shows, yet his show is consistently the funniest on TV, so i have to leap to his defense he also 99% of the time have the best chemistry with his guests, so a craig -mika interview would be amazing!

i think you're right but the thought of that makes me incredibly sad...i want the full package - songs written/co-written by him and sung by him... all isn't lost yet though, let's give it a year and see - maybe like ellie goulding - who is only now catching on in the US and her 'lights' charting like a year after its release- he can be a slow burn..

i keep trying to avoid this thread but can't seem to be able to.. i want to avoid it because it depresses me so - as someone said - the UK has definitely let him down... I can only take the word of you guys who know better as to what the problem might be, but would also like to add that he has a PR company...whilst i'm sure a lot of the promo efforts are up to the record company, shouldn't his PR company play a part too? Maybe i'm just a naive fool but I feel lots of people are dropping the ball on promoting this album properly and it's sad, because of all the albums it's the most 'commercially viable' one...sad,, frustrating and enraging!

nice review Alice! Sorry I missed seeing you but I heard after you were there no joke the first time I felt the floor shake beneath me I told my friend "we're all gonna die! This floor is goin to cave in!":shocked: yup it shook that much...

back home and really tired but wound up so will try a report yes, it was better than the first day as impossible as that seems! there were moments of zen calmness, incredulousness, exhaustion from jumping too hard, mirth and sheer bliss. i think we alll felt like we were getting a personal concert because we were so close and there was so much interaction:wub2: i didn't even feel the need to watch him all the time, i was just in a dancing zone sometimes (and yes there was space to actually move not just jump up and down) Webster hall is a fabulous venue and the crowd both days were amazing! ok so you know the setlist - so glad he's started back opening with relax btw...he looked positively blissful as he opened - the kind of happiness that normally makes ppl say 'somebody got some' the opening act had some roses as part of this voodoo like setup they have going and at the end i wanted to grab them but was not directly in front of them, however another MFCer did (i'm so sorry i forgot ur name - blame lack of sleep ) and she shared a bunch with me. she was goin to give him her bigger bunch but i thought i'd just shower him in the petals of my bunch so i distributed some petals and we waited for the right time, which was during stardust...it worked out perfectly and i thought the petals looked nice on the floor after the polka dot choir had a more polished routine this time, though i nearly had a heart attack when he decided to lay down on a few of them, i mean he doesn't weigh much but laying on the tummies of ppl is a potentially medically hazardous thing for the ppl you're laying on we also turned the tables on him during LT where he normally shoots max...instead of letting max go on, the crowd kept singin doom da da di da di so he killed max as well as himself i saw perez hilton this time and he looked like he was having a ball! the little meet and greet afterwards was quick but nice...there should be a group pic soon
