  3. He's back. He's singing "Staring at the sun" French version, "Tant que j'ai le soleil", right now.
  4. I really don't understand because so many "so-called" fans of Mika want that him makes an ass of himself, simply for a stupid joke slipped out of his mouth (and in the last episode of XF he was quite talking nonsense). Are they so superficial or are simply those interested in him only because he is a beautiful man? This season was already enough disappointing and embarrassing for him, he certainly doesn't need to do a trash performance a la Miley Cyrus! Not for his professional image and his music nor for his personal image. Really, come on! It's not funny at all.
  5. Where have you read this? I'm curious, I don't remember having ever read about the video of Good Guys inspired by Dogville ( yesterday was joking and also, sometimes it seemed that he didn't know what he was saying or understand what others were saying to him, probably because he was very tired. In regard to the idea, realization and production of the video of Beautiful Disaster, it was totally of Fedez and his team.
  6. Thank you very much! is there also the video of Daily 26?
  7. Sorry, but I don't think so. I think it's recorded because he said on Radio Deejay's interview on last Thursday that the last / previous week he had done at the same time X Factor in Italy, The Voice in France and BBC Radio2 in London. It's obvious he wants to enjoy/spend the New Year's day with his partner and his family
  8. Here is the translation : The INTEGRAL interview to Mika on his new live on TV, Italy, X Factor and Paris: Mika brings his " pop Symphony 'on Sky In the full/integral interview the singer talks about his new live with the orchestra recorded in Como, the relationship with the boys of "X Factor" and with Italy, and his reaction to the terrible terrorist attacks in Paris Only 600 were the lucky spectators of the concert-event that Mika held in Como on October 24: the tickets were sold out in minutes. For all others, the appointment is on TV since November 27, when Sky will transmit the live in which the singer reinvents his repertoire accompanied by the Symphony Orchestra Affinis Consort directed by Simon Leclerc. How did was born the idea to make a concert with an orchestra? «I was doing my acoustic tour in the world two years ago. I was in Montreal, I was about to go to New York. My journalist friend well known in Quebec, Olivia Levy, between a glass of wine and the other looks at me and says: "It was nice, but I want to see you with an orchestra, not only with a piano." Two weeks later she had arranged everything. Then for a year I worked on the arrangements. The success in Montreal was crazy, in fact I have chosen to put that concert in the special edition of the album "No place in heaven"». And then you brought the concert in Italy. How come/why in particular at the Teatro Sociale of Como? «I wanted a red and golden theater. When I was 9 years old I went out for the first time on stage, was a technical rehearsal of an opera by Strauss, "The Woman without shadow", with a staging of John Hockney. It was my first professional musical experience and I was on the stage of the Royal Opera House: from that moment I knew what I wanted to do in life. Jean Cocteau called it "the virus of red and gold." I have it, and there is no antidote». Did you have fun doing this concert in Italy? «That was different. In North America there was a sound more cinematic, with timbres which related to the world of the big screen (cinema). In Italy the sounds are more detailed, the movements are more elegant. It’s more classical. In Como logistically it was a nightmare, because I could not enter or leave the theater: people blocked the entrances. And then the tickets! We have sold them for only 37 Euro but they were sold out in a few minutes, and on Internet there were tickets for sale at 1700 Euro. What madness ... ». What are the cinematic/cinematographic images that inspired you for the arrangements? «For every song I've written a few sentences that were like a" storyboard ", as the description of a movie scene. For example, I wanted "Toy Boy" look like the soundtrack of a film of the Metro Goldwyn Mayer, mixed with an animation of Warner Bros ... all in three minutes. The orchestra gives you this opportunity, to paint the environment/scene (ambience, atmosphere), to transform it. This is the magic of the orchestra». The idea of being able to close your eyes and "feel" the images? «Absolutely, my intention was precisely that. It's not a strange or pompous ambition, with an orchestra you can do it. The vibration that comes from an orchestra is much more powerful than that of an amplified band». For some years you have a particular relationship with Italy. We've adopted you. «Before, I knew only the clichés, the obvious of Italy. For several years however I could understand who really is this "person" that is called Italy. How it’s in the evening, how it’s in the morning, how it’s during the bad times and the good ones. Yes, I think that cultures are like people». And what kind of person is Italy? «It's amazing, like no other in the world. Unfortunately when I’m here, I stay for three days and work all the time, then I have to go to work in some other country. I have not yet had the opportunity to really enjoy Italy. I'd like to, at some time or other, take some time and learn more about its "other side". Anyway, in Milan I also go to the grocery store every day ... every time in a different place. The only thing I don’t like is that some greengrocers seem jewelry stores. What nonsense! An artichoke is not a clock». So, what do you do in Milan when you're not in/to the X Factor Arena? «I buy food and I eat it! (Laughs) I am writing, reading, listening. For me it’s very important never stop, listen to music, see concerts, read books. And then I'm always preparing something. As the upcoming tour, which begins in Seoul, then I go to Japan, China ... I'm always working». Will you bring this orchestral element in the rest of the world? «That is more complicated because it costs a lot of money. But there is already a project ... within a year and a half we will do it again in another European country, which is not France or Italy, with one of the greatest European orchestras. I am very satisfied. But it's an event that you begin to organize at least one year and a half, two years earlier». We go towards the end of this edition of "X Factor." What are your impressions, compared to what you expected at the beginning? «I think that the level was very high in general. This year I tried to risk, not so much with unknown songs as with songs that had melody and warmth. Maybe I had to suffer the consequences. But, of the perception of my choices, I don't care even for a second, I'm a musician, I know that a song can be more "cool" than another, but the truth is that I couldn't care less/I don't give a damn to be "cool"!». What was it like with the boys? «It's more difficult to work with boys so young. They are emotional, very/extremely fragile. You can’t be hard, you have to be constructive, especially with males because their voices are still forming. It's a real challenge for me, and that's why I like it». With Fedez you have made the single and the video for "Beautiful Disaster". How was working with him also out of "X Factor"? «Now that I got to know him better I must say that he works with impressive effectiveness and professionalism. It's a great professional. I, I've made a lot of videos but they were the most effective shooting I've ever done. We finished ahead of time! It had never happened in my entire life. I need this his method, because I'm a messy». But have you read that Morgan could go to "Dancing with the Stars"? «"Dancing with the Stars"? No! For real? But he would be great, also because I don’t think he dances very well! But Morgan would be great in any role. Okay, he may not be a simple person, you can‘t control him, but he’s a person so charming. I repeat it always: don’t be negative with him, even though last year was a bit difficult, because the spirit of this program is also due to his collaboration». You live between Italy and France, and you grew up in Paris. How did you lived/experienced the hours of the attacks on November 13 and the following days? «That night I had dinner a few meters from the restaurant “La belle équipe” , where there were 19 dead. I missed a plane because of the delay in the filming of "The Daily" of "X Factor", so I canceled the dinner, I arrived later. But many of my friends were at the Bataclan. The owner was the first promoter of my career, I've known him forever. That evening were killed several people I knew, with whom I worked. The way they attacked Paris was diabolical. They have been very, very difficult days. Personally I was hurt/ I have felt hurt by it because I live in Paris in an apartment close to where I grew up, and I relived/lived again the fears of my childhood, when my father was a hostage during the first Gulf War. There has always been the presence of war in my life. We escaped from Lebanon because there was a war, we were saved by the US Navy and in Paris we lived in a community of migrants who had the chance to escape. In fact, my fear now is that people blame the refugees. But the truth is that they are running away exactly from this. At this time/In this period I feel pessimistic. There will be the light ... there is always light at the end. But at what price?».
  9. They are the worst. But the cause of their crazy delusions has almost ceased to exist (hoping that Mika doesn't continue to collaborate with the rapper).

  11. So, Luca was eliminated from the competition and Mika too. Luca yesterday was sick with a fever of 39 degrees and, as Mika, and also the vocal coach Rossana Casale, said in the after show, he had been crying all day, remaining with little voice to be able to sing well. Despite this, I think he has sung more than decently, given the circumstances, especially the song of Tiziano Ferro. At the end he was so tired and weak that he could hardly stand up, leaning on Mika, poor boy! I'm sorry for him and sorry for Mika, because his good job done in coaching hasn't served to bring them, or at least one of them, in the final, in front of the strategies, often unfair, of his colleagues, especially Fedez (yesterday his attack against a sick boy just became seventeen, was really cynical and foul/dirty play). I hope these three boys can have other opportunities, and that they will be able to have a career, with the help of good producers, off this show. It's obvious from the assignment of the categories who will win, but the "everyone against Mika" has worsened the live shows, even if it worked very well. Well, if the Italian public prefers Fedez, they can keep him, their stupid ships/shippers and the pathetic trash skits. Moreover, the public on social media, didn't like and were very hostile towards his boys, and especially towards Luca, also continually criticized Mika. Media too. So it's time for Mika to leave this show and I hope that his Italian manager understands this, because he's wasted and done for it now. XF isn't anymore right to promote his music and him as an artist. Really, have been more effective 10 minutes on Rai, on the show of Antonella Clerici, that two editions of X Factor! Edit: Oh, I almost forgot! If you want to see Mika who finally react, really angry and saying some swear words to Fedez, watch yesterday's Xtra Factor!
Ero a Montréal, stavo per andare a New York. E i biglietti, poi! Abbiamo finito in anticipo! «“Dancing with the stars”? No! Davvero?
"It's a break video. We imagine the end of the world, a" beautiful disaster ", through strong/intense and harsh scenes, . Mika and I aren't the real protagonists,, but the interpreters of the video will live the situations that we wrote. Situations that are held/take place in several parts of Italy where the characters attend the end of the world and, ultimately, to the vision of a beautiful landscape. The vision is a message of hope "

  16. He was joking, because before he had told Luka, when they hit their hands against each other: "You've hurt me!" and Luca: "You have hurt me!". So, when Luca clapped his hand against that of the producer, Mika has pretended to take offense because he had been nicer to the " tender giant". When Chiaravalli said that his hand was bigger, Mika took his hand and said that yes, his hand was bigger, but with softer skin. He was obviously just kidding to make Luca laugh and also to make Luca Chiaravalli, the producer, participate in Daily episodes. Next live show there will be a manche/round in which all the contestants will sing in Italian (finally!!) and a free manche/round. In the first manche Luca will sing "Ti scatterò una foto" by Tiziano Ferro, playing it first at the piano (because Luca is very good with the piano and he said he had asked Mika, in the past weeks, if he could do it and Mika decided to trust Luca about this), then with a band. In the second manche (fingers crossed!), he will sing "Stitches" by Shawn Mendes.
  17. You are welcome! At what time of the video? You mean Luca Chiaravalli, the producer?
Can anyone tell me, please, what "un peu saisi" means in this context?
