1. OK, I understand now why the show was so long! But it is a good news: Mika deserves its own show! You are right: let's allow us to be a little melancholic today and tomorrow the sun is going to shine again! Thanks for sharing your feelings!
2. The same for me! I got the invitation, but too late! I was not able to manage my trip. Of course, I am happy for those who could attend, but still it is heartbreaking to think I should have been there... Anyway, let's enjoy the nice pics and videos and wait patiently for the broadcast on 31/12...
3. Hello everybody, I am amazed by this project. Congratulations to everybody involved! This rainbow fan action in Bercy is something I have had in mind for a long time (of course without knowing that you were organising it!) but I was too lazy and a bit far away (and also a bit discouraged by my last fan action in Toulouse, who wasn't noticed by Mika at all) to start it. So I am super happy to see that you, girls, have taken charge of that. Thanks you very much! I will be driving from Toulouse with my family on the day of the concert, so I may not be there a long time in advance. We are seated in the gold area. If needed, I can help with the papers. (Those who know me from the gigs in Toulouse, may have noticed I have a loud voice, so it can be usefull to capture people's attention and give instructions!) By the way, I don't want to interfere in your actions that are already well advanced, or decisions, but to answer @mellody I prefer the label on the left, that seems clearer to me. If you chose that one, please correct the small mistake: you should write "& éclairez-la". Anyway we are now talking about very small details. I am sure this rainbow is going to be stupendous! Please don't hesitate to tell me if I can help in any way.
4. I have 2 spare tickets for Nimes (16/07/2016). They are located in "Carré d'Or", at Vomitoire 208, seats 68 and 69 (3rd row). I am selling each of them 60 EUR instead of 67,5. I can send them asap, give them in Toulouse or in Nimes at the day of the gig. Don't hesitate to contact me!
5. PS Melyssa, one question: can you tell me if you could see well the 2 banners "TOULOUSE aime MIKA" + "2 fois PLUS!"? As there has been no pic of them, I'd like to know if Mika could clearly see/read them...
6. Love you report, Melyssa! Thanks a lot! We have rare opportunities to know the stage point of view. Thank you for sharing your experience about this hour you spent there, with so much details and humour! It helps us understand what Mika sees and how he feels on stage. In conclusion for me: if I ever get the chance to be called by Mika on stage, I know now that (in shoes or in socks) I won't hesitate!
7. Thank you Valérie for sharing your impressions. I was happy to see you again and spend some time with you before and after the show! Here is my experience. I arrived at 3 PM and got the number 75. After me, they stopped counting! The weather was very nice, and waiting outside was delicious in such conditions. After Mika’s words last week, I had decided to take the “TOULOUSE love MIKA” banner of course, but also to make a new one saying “2 fois PLUS!” (meaning “2 times more” as it was the second time he was in Toulouse after only one week), in beautiful golden paper. (Unfortunately I have no pic of it. ) I managed again to get many signatures on it. It was for me a good opportunity to talk to people and share our interest for Mika. At that time, everybody was sitting on the floor in small groups. A very relaxed atmosphere! But before 5 PM, the security guys arrived and decided to put the barriers leading to the 3 entrances. Then suddenly it was a big mess! Too many people were there and the numbers could not be taken into account. I managed to have a pretty good place in the queue, but I could hear a lot complaning about the bad organisation. They opened the doors around 6 PM, and then I was so lucky to reach the 2nd row in the middle! Well, I gave my very good place to someone behind me that was smaller than me, but I was still very happy. I had another reason to be happy: my 11 year old son came at the last minute with a friend and could reach me (not easily, but anyway) and enjoy the show next to me from this great spot! We had also brought illuminated letters that we showed during some songs (see picture below). That was for us a nice way of taking part to the show! You have probably seen or read about the highlights of the gig: Hurts for the 1st time, Lollipop that was beaten with drumsticks by all musicians around the piano and the famous moment when Mika invited some fans to get on stage with him. (The girl who took my 2nd row place was one of them, so I may have been at her place?! ) As a summary, I liked this show very much, but I prefered the place, sound and audience of the Bikini last week. This time, I found that the people were less respectful towards each other and also towards Mika (shouting during the now traditionnal a capella part of Happy Ending, which was really a shame ). BTW the banners! We had to hang them on the barrier at the front. It is a bit sad that only Mika and the people on stage could see them, but there was this time no other choice. As I said last time, I had a kind of "appointment" with Mika to bring him the banner, but it was not an easy task for me! There were many people waiting for him outside! He left shortly after the end of the gig, so that a lot of people (and kids) were still there. He was kind enough to walk to us to sign some autographs, but I must say that he was very brief! I had put the banners in a nice bag that I tried many times to hold him out. Finally he took it... What a relief! Again this time, I met a lot of nice people. Thank you for making that night even more beautiful! It was also for me the last gig of this Heaven Tour... Something to remember! Here are some of my pics (except the one with the luminous MIKA letters, which is not from me). They were taken with the worst camera I have, but I was so close to the stage that it happened that some are not so bad... Here you go!
8. Welcome, Nelly! Happy to see you here! I have to share some pics on http://www.mikafanclub.com/topic/32205-le-phare-toulouse-france-11th-october-2015-reportspicsvids/ (as soon as I have some time...) so it's good to know that you will be able to see them. A bientôt!
9. Well, it seems that everybody is lazy on this report! So let me share my impressions! Living in Toulouse, I could have arrived early, but my family life prevented me for coming too early. So I was at the Bikini around 4 PM, already preceded by LOTS of fans! As you can see on the following picture, I made a banner saying “TOULOUSE loves MIKA”. I had left the letters “TOULOUSE” empty, so that everybody could sign or write a little word for Mika on it. So I spent the queuing time going from one person to the other, explaining my project, which most people seemed to like! When the doors opened around 7PM, I could run inside (and had to give my camera, so no chance to take a good picture inside!) and secure a good place on the 4th row, which was perfect for me. In the meantime, I hang my banner on the 1st balcony, just in front of the stage. You can see the result below. Now the show! I liked it a lot, even if I was a bit disappointed that the stage was not big enough to contain the complete scenery. (There were only the door and the HEAVEN sign.) On would say: you cannot have everything! Tonight, we had the intimacy of a small and nice place! I enjoyed it a lot. I guess the setlist was a mess. Many times during the show, Mika asked the audience what song they would like to hear. Of course, the answers were all different, making his choice even more difficult. I was shouting “Rain!” many times, but he seemed (or pretended) not to hear me. So he began with No Place In Heaven and ended with Last Party (+Love Today as encore). In between (sorry, I don’t remember in which order), he sang Big Girl (which he changed to “big boys” at the end, and asked us to sing with him), Good Wife (1st time for me, loved it), Relax, The Origin of Love, Underwater (probably shorter than usual), Talk about You, Good Guys, Happy Ending (with the breath-taking a capella end), Grace Kelly (with the explanation of its creation), Staring at the Sun (French version), Elle me dit (where he taught us how to dance with "elegance"!), J’ai pas Envie, Boum Boum Boum (with the nice butt choreography ).As usual, he was playful (trying ice cream glasses or flower necklace that were sent) and had lots of things to tell us! There was among others this story of how he drove from Bordeaux, stopping in nice villages like Lectoure, Fleurance or Luchon, which made him travel 5 hours (instead of 2 normally between Bordeaux and Toulouse) and then he began to tell us that he would dream of having a small house in that region, with 2 beautiful cows, 2 alpagas, 2 chickens (2 of each kind, like in Noah’s arch, he told us!) but then he wouldn’t come out any more and would stop organizing gigs, and then he began to tell us how the cows of the SNCF add were chosen and driven to the shooting place! Crazy guy! I really liked the atmosphere of the show, Mika pretending to improvise (what he also does) but keeping always control on the show and the appreciative audience. After the show, I took the banner back, in the hope to give it to Mika.(I counted more than 160 signatures on it. I found it sad to keep them for myself!) We didn’t have to wait very long outside. He stayed in the car, but stopped to sign autographs. There were too many people and he surely didn’t have time to lose (singing in Madrid the day after). As he saw the banner, he stopped a second time. He was just in front of me and I was so confused (also not helped by arms coming from everywhere to have a last autograph) that I couldn’t fold the banner properly! Then he told me not to damage it and to bring it back next Sunday… So now I have a kind of appointment with him! BTW Thanks Nina and Nicou for your wonderful pics. I am so happy to have them, as I couldn’t use my camera. Has anyone who was there by any chance - The beginning of Good Wife? (He did some sign at the moment he saw the banner. I’d like to see it again!) - Some pics of Mika leaving in the car? (I was so busy holding my banner that I couldn’t take any picture…) And last but not least, I was happy to spend my time with some of you! I met only nice people, sharing the good energy Mika brings us!
10. THANK YOU BECKS! Thank you for this detailled report (it was worth waiting ), for the pictures and for your work to organise this in less than one week! Congrats to you! It was a pleasure meeting you, even if I didn't have much time to talk to you (due partly to my late arrival... bad organisation from my side!). I am so happy to read that Mika took his time to discuss with you, and thank you for giving us the details of that discussion! And I hope to see you again soon, who know's in Spain, France or somewhere else?
11. Dear all, thank you for your after-gig reports and videos. I was there at the show (loved it, of course), have been also waiting outside... until 2 o'clock! Then I gave up to please my husband. Worst idea ever! Now I regret it! So your reports help me to do as if if had been there... Anyway I was happy to meet some of you. My biggest thank to Becks for the perfect organisation of the present (Becks, maybe you could tell us more about it here? I cannot really understand what Mika told you about it.) and also congratulations to Alba, that I didn't have the pleasure to meet, for doing so well on stage, staying so calm and acting as if the scene had been rehearsed many times! Here are some of my pics:
12. Here are my flowers, so that you can see what they look like. (Small ones= 25 cm, big ones= 50 cm) So if someone has time to make more of them, why not?
13. Hello Becks and everybody, I like all your ideas, and above all, the fact that we organise any common action is something special for him and for us. Driving all the way from Toulouse on that day, I will arrive pretty late (9 PM?), but of course you can count with me for the flowers. As we will be 2 (me and my husband), you can count on 10 EUR from us. Looking forward to spending that wonderful night with you!
14. Hello Lena, how are you? Tournus is not so close to Paris, isn't it? (It all depends what you call "close"!) It's in the South of Dijon, about 6 hours from your place, I guess. Will you be travelling there for the week-end? I'm hesitating... Toulouse is a bit far (more than 6 hours)... But I don't know yet...
15. My pics, 2nd part.
16. I was there on Saturday. It was for me the first and only recording of the season, so my expectations where very high! ;-) Driving all the way from Toulouse, I could not be there early, and didn't attend the fans meeting, so I will let someone who was there tell you more about it. I heard there were 37 fans attending. Nice group! You probably already saw the pics. Do you heard that Mika called the restaurant to inform that he would offer the lunch to everybody? What a nice, generous and unexpected attention!!! So I arrived pretty late, and joined the huge group of fans at the beginning of the queue. Thank you to those who kept me the place! I was so happy to meet some of you I already knew, and others I hadn't have the opportunity to meet before. How fast goes the time when you spend it talking about Mika! So we were quickly Inside the building and got a good place all grouped on the good side to see Mika. Like usual, we had to practice the applauses, and the warm-up guy made us laugh, talking about our group as "Minnie and her summer camp" (Minnie being in fact Ninie). Then the show began, with coaches singing together 2 times (forgot the name of the song!) and Florent Pagny singing alone "Les murs porteurs". We then have had 11 battles, 2 in Mika's team. The first was "Le petit bal perdu" (Bourvil), an old and pretty french song. It was sang by a girl and a boy. I like it, and the other coaches had again to admit that Mika's choice of this song for those singers was clever. Then 2 girls sang "Sirens call" (Cats on Trees). I also like it. For the rest, we had a lot of girls singing that night. Some nice voices, but I would have preferred more male voices... Only my feeling! The show ended around 12:30, and we waited like 2 hours for him outside, but it was worth waiting! After the other coachs had left, Mika came to see us with Mel! There were lots of people waiting, but he took his time with everybody. How adorable! You can see it here: thanks to Angela Af who filmed everything. I took myself some pictures (1st part here). What a great night!

18. Hello everybody, I have 3 places to give for Saturday!
20. On the "Have a nice day" Mobistar page, there is now a nice video as a summary of that fabulous day: http://www.mobistar.be/fr/offre/have-nice-day/mika Nice souvenir, and a lot of well-known faces!
21. Hello everybody, I was there yesterday. What can I add, as most of you saw the gig through the live streaming or thanks to LaraMay's videos? Yeah, it was GREAT!!!! We enjoyed an amazing show with the Mika we love, joyful, funny, enthusiastic, in very good shape (vocally too, if you except some high notes on BBB, that he probably prefered not to try)... In one word: he remains the best performer! We can be relieved and excited of what is going to come "soon"! I also had a great time meeting some of you, nice MFCers. Here is the group picture we took just before leaving. Unfortunately, some had already gone, but still we are 10 on the picture! Hope to see you all in the near (depending on Mika ) future!
22. Great news!!! How could you get some place? Super happy that we can meet again! Now for sure you will be there before me. Can I join you? MP me for the details!
23. Wow! I can't believe Mika will sign autographs in my hometown... but I will be in my plane flying from Toulouse! Anyway, have fun those who can attend! I hope he will have enough time to greet everybody...
