I also know that there are a lot of new members who have joined us recently, and have thousands of questions to ask. I'm actually glad to see how active you guys are But, on the other hand, I thought there was some kind of tacit agreement we wouldn't discuss topics such as Mika's sexuality or private life (family and stuff) on this forum anymore... Mind you I know what it is like to be a new fan, and curiosity is human. But couldn't you guys discuss this via PMs or check the old threads? Sorry for being a bit blunt, I just had to say it Thanks for saying it, Niki -- I won't feel so bad now when I close the thread Seriously, I think it's clear that we all DO care about almost every aspect of Mika... what I think people are trying to convey when they write "I Don't Care " is that Mika's sexual preferences don't affect whether they will listen to his music or continue to attend his shows. But whether we care or not, speculating and gossiping about his sexual orientation ad nauseam is not going change anything... it's pointless, IMO. Some people think one thing, some people think another, but the truth is -- none of us KNOW for sure. BUT... As I just got done saying in *yet another thread* about the old unreleased demos that are floating around the internet, we on this forum have up until now pretty much agreed to respect Mika's wishes when we know what they are. It's pretty clear he doesn't want us to talk about the unreleased demos, so we don't talk about them. (See Sivan's old post here: http://www.mikafanclub.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5126) It's pretty clear he doesn't want to talk much about his family or his private life, so we also don't talk about them much. And, finally, it's pretty clear Mika doesn't want to talk about his sexual preferences, so we don't talk about them either. Unless something's changed that I'm not aware of, this is the MFC's position on these subjects, so unless someone tells me otherwise, I'm going to continue to close threads related to these subjects. Or whatever you say. Im not english. And I've changed mine. I don't really see why people can't discuss his sexuality. You can discuss mine if you want to.
