Yes, I think my hubby thought this was a passing fad, too... but there's

just something special about Mika... :wub2:

Well, married 26 years last December. But we started dating in January 1980.

Before Bellatrix was born! :naughty:

For someone who usually has a short attention span, I guess I'm

going OK.

So is your husband named Brian, Shari? Mine too! :thumb_yello:

Debby, someone told me that you have the link for the chicken story. A few days ago everybody was talking about it, and it made me wonder what it was al about. do you still have it?

Shari, somehow I missed the pic you put up of what his hands look like now..wow, what a difference.

Deb: I was wondering the same thing.

Deb, yes my hubby is Brian. Yours too huh? Co-incidence. I was 16 when we met and little did I think it would end like this, but I knew I'd fallen in love, way back in 1977...long before bellatrix was born! LOL! I wonder what her mum was doing in '77?

These are the artists that I have never grown tired of and still love to this day:

1. Bon Jovi- first saw them in concert over 20 years ago in a small 1000 person venue. I knew they would be big. LOL

2. Rick Springfield- One of my first crushes. I still listen to him.

3. Survivor (Jimi Jamison) - My favorite 80's band.

4. Starship- My other favorite 80's band.

5. Josh Groban- After 5 years, I'm still in his fan club.

6. Mika- I know after 5 years, I'll still be in his.

I'm loyal to all those!

I used to love Rick Springfield, but was never a "fan." I enjoy Josh

Groban, too. But Starship?

I kid I kid...

I actually saw them a few years ago in Disney World, Char -- with Mickey

Thomas. They're there every spring for the Flower & Garden Festival, they

have what they call "Flower Power Concerts" with acts from the 60s and 70s.

Starship was still pretty good. :)

The cross was my 40th Birthday rebellion for myself.

I got the chinese symbols - and added the daffodil as I love

spring, as it was something I wanted! Painful - very, over the

thingh bone - thought I would pass out a few times

but I figure, when I am ready for an old folks home, it will show the

staff that I was once young!!!

:thumb_yello: Good for you!

hi oldlingies, how is everybody today?

I see we're talking about tatoos......on the hand, that must hurt  I always wanted one, but still have not done it. Guess i'm afraid of the 'what if i get tired of it" story

Hello Oldlings.

Hi Miek, Hi Clare!

I should be getting used to it. We've had more this year than in the last 4 years. And, I'm from Mississippi.....I should be used to rain.

Aha. Mississippi. That's where the y'all is coming from!

26 years, wow. And still going strong?

Well, going... at least :naughty:

Haha. Way to make me feel young :tears:

Awww :huglove: It was more to point out how OLD I am!
