BUT YOU MET THEM IN A FRICKING LEGITIMATE RECORD STORE BEFORE A GIG!!!!!! OMG!!!! I remember talking with Bianca about it for AGES because THIS is the perfect way of legitimately meeting PAUL AND HUGH (OMG, THESE TWO!!! )

Really **** that you didnt get an autograph though. But still - OMG.

Yeah that was pretty legitimate. Ha we remember seeing them from our car walking the street looking so totally out of place and 'different' which was totally awesome. And then when we saw them walk into vintage vinyl (one of our favorite record stores) that put the icing on the cake.....it also put the gear into park. Nobody but Kooks fans could imagine walking into the store and seeing a huge stand of KONK albums and Paul and Hugh standing behind it looking at vintage albums..........oh and Hugh calling us 'pufect' sorry that's the only way I can spell perfect in a british accent.

errrr. I slap myself. There was like nobody in the store and we could've gotten a picture with them, geez. They were really all ours, haha.

Ah, now I remember something I wanted to post on your review (which then got lost). You said you directly saw them because they looked so "English", right? It's really really weird! You can really see where people come from! Germans are all boring idiots ( :dunno: ) (it so sucks that, when I go to the Netherlands (which are quite next door from here) people DIRECTLY talk German to me), the Dutch are very tall and, look different (not in a bad way, Bianca! :wub2: ) and the English look incredibly English. Paul and Luke look FREAKING English, especially now as even Paul decided to wear girls' jeans (obviously :naughty: ). We saw oh so many guys in London that looked EXACTLY that way. Especially in Camden, the heart of this indie-scene, people looked like this. And even Luke's (old, better, classic) hairstyle was relatively common! I remember being in that club in Cologne a while ago because I wanted to see a singer named Jeremy Warmsely :wub2: . People were all.. uhm, very German :sneaky2: . The German oh-we-are-students-and-cool-etc.pp.-scene looks like.. hm, hard to describe. Imagine a stereotypical bunch of people backpacking through Australia or so! 3/4 trousers, sandals or sneakers, long hair (dreadlocks or curls usually), a cool shirt (not a band shirt but usually with some print on it) in light green or yellowish-beige and a beer bottle in their hand. (Welcome to Germany.)

And suddenly there was a guy that simply LOOKED English. Turned out he was the bass player :dunno: And the rest of the band looked incredibly English, too. Their haircuts, their clothes, whatever. Uhm, yes, very random. Sorry :naughty:

I know what you said in your review but now you say this again... yes. OMG. This is like a dream come true (not in the emotional way - I just mean: this is one of these unbelievable coincidences that you usually NEVER encounter and that you usually have to make up yourself). It's like being stuck in an elevator with Paul. Coincidentally. Of course on a good hair day.

I have no idea how I would have reacted :think1:.

Yes, Hugh has this posh English :naughty: (makes him incredibly easy to understand though (like Paul (although Paul doesnt sound posh; he just has an incredibly beautiful south-east England-accent :cheerful_h4h: ) (Luke is harder but I think that's something I could get used to :das: ))
