Usually competitions have to stick to rules and regulations, maybe even law. I mean in a normal competition, they usually say 'a list of winners will be published in ....wherever ' don't they? Mrs. Fitzfimzart , of Canadian Customs have received numerous phone calls such as "Can I get my passport renewed in 2 hours?"
