I used to go out, to watch TV, go to Blockbusters almost everynight, paint, bake a lot of cakes... Now my family is happy to have the TV for their use only, never went out or for videos again, my canvas are as white as bleach, and cakes are happily bought at the local baker shop... Or was I? Maybe Nightwish or Queen (my other loves )... As for the rest, I guess nothing has really changed. I don't spend all my free time here, I still make my fimo jewellery, I still read some books, I still watch TV, go to other forums sometimes, chat on msn... I never went out that much, that is still the same (definately). Am I a true devoted fan? Now, seriously, even though nothing has really changed in my routine, my life has more colour now. I spend soooo much time of my life in the German Mikafanclub and here...before that I watched TV, go out with my best friend, doing my homework ...but that was a sad life...now I have many new friends all over Germany and with u all over the world! racinghorse83 Posted December 4, 2008 Share Posted December 4, 2008 BEFORE MFC: I actually did all my schoolwork. i kept a diary (thats gone out the window since MFC) and I would pick up manure every day (part of my resposibilty of owning a horse ) and I would write alot of stories and Poetry. I was almost never on the internet. Most of that has gone out the window also my mum never yelled at me to get off the computer and now she does at least several times a week. Before Mika: I hate to think about that, but yes, such a time did exist. I was alot more reserved and shy. I'd been to alot of concerts but never been a die hard fan of any band. I played the piano but wasn't really into it. Although I've never been to a Mika gig mika has changed my life. I'm alot more outgoing, I take pride in who I am and who I can be. (:eek:wwoooow that sounds cheesy. but it's true.) but yeah anyways i found mika at a really difficuilt time in my life and his music helped draw me out of that. i have to add here that I found MFC almost a whole year after I had been a very devout mika fan. so you guys are like my bonus! you make the whole deal even sweeter Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Before Mika i used to have a logic and reasonable way of thinking about spending money and traveling, once i discovered his music all logic and reason went thruogh the window....
