I might need to tweak it a bit: I join my fellow fans upon the MFC Sitting and chatting here and waiting patiently For the next album, which we need so desperately. Looks like it won't arrive before September It doesn't matter whether trees are brown or green We are all indoors glued to our computer screens For just a piece of news about your new CD. How will we last until September? Our friends look forward to their picnics on the beach Everybody loves their summer fun But you know, Mika, while your album's out of reach We will just sit here looking glum. We can't make any plans, for holidays or more, Until we know the dates for your acoustic tour. Please give us some new songs and end our misery. Current mood: excited Hi MIKA fans! 2009 is shaping up to be a great year in Mikaland. It's been two years since Mika Fan Club came online, and two years since Mika took world music charts by storm with "Grace Kelly." Where does the time go?! Mika has been regularly updating his blog at http://www.mikasounds.com, keeping us on the edge of our seats as we wait (not-so) patiently for his follow-up album. We understand that he's already in the process of sharing some new clips with people (and seagulls) on the street, starting in Venice Beach, California. Where next? We'll have to see! In anticipation of increased traffic once Mika gets back onto the charts and back on tour, Mika Fan Club has added two new moderators. Please say a warm hello to Robertina, from Italy, and Guylaine, from Canada. Welcome girls! Apart from that, we're all waiting to see what 2009 will hold. Sounds like it's going to be a great year!
