I think he's wrong -- Mika and Perez have to be two of the most interesting people. :naughty:

LOL yeah and then you put them together... :D

 

I could watch him eat for hours (without meaning to sound weird but seriously! :roftl:)

WATERMELON VODKA SORBET

Ingredients:

4 cups (1 L) pureed watermelon, seeds removed.

1 cup (250 mL) sugar.

1 tsp (5 mL) Gelato Fresco gelatine.

1/4 cup (50 mL) vodka.

 

Combine all ingredients and let stand for 1/2 hour to allow gelatine to set. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions. If ice cream maker

is not available, freeze in unsectioned ice cube tray and stir with fork each time it becomes slushy, to break up ice crystals and give some texture, until relatively smooth.

Allow to harden.

Pretzel Salad Recipe

FIRST LAYER

 

* 2 cups coarsely crushed pretzels

* 3/4 cup melted margarine

* 3 tablespoons sugar

 

SECOND LAYER

 

* 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese

* 1 cup sugar

* 2 cups whipped topping (small container)

 

THIRD LAYER

 

* 1 lg pkg (6 ounces) strawberry flavored gelatin

* 2 cups boiling water

* 1 (10oz) boxes frozen strawberries
