WATERMELON VODKA SORBET Ingredients: 4 cups (1 L) pureed watermelon, seeds removed. 1 cup (250 mL) sugar. 1 tsp (5 mL) Gelato Fresco gelatine. 1/4 cup (50 mL) vodka. Combine all ingredients and let stand for 1/2 hour to allow gelatine to set. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions. If ice cream maker is not available, freeze in unsectioned ice cube tray and stir with fork each time it becomes slushy, to break up ice crystals and give some texture, until relatively smooth.
