Almost everything can be cooked into a soup It's fishes into pieces (the more different sort of fishes the better) also with onion, garlic (as Wonka says ) some spicies and more stuff, I add a little bit of rice for example, it's delicious! We have plenty of fish soup recipes in Portugal, my fav is cod fish soup... But there's other recipes with dif fish... It's really tasty...
