boom_kimool_boom
I can't wait to hear the new songs. I think Mika might be taking a new direction with his music, but still retaining the Mika element that makes his work unique. That's what I hope anyway.Atm, my favourite new song to introduce people to Mika, has to be, Underwater. It is incredible. It's new, but so obviously a Mika song with the high, "Underwateeeeeeeeer" bits, and hopefully, it will be even better on the cd. I think the general public will love it! and the incredible lyrics! it's a love song and can be better than Bruno Mars's!
Lilasko
i think Happy Ending is a good choice too. but about my experience... the only songs from Mika that i played for others and they loved it were Relax and Kick ass. and Blame it on the girls is good because it has a perfect rhythm! I love Relax but the persons I've played it for don't like it as much as I do But I've never played Kick ass and Blame it on the girls. I think those are good chooses. MelodicFreak
I think I introduce people to Mika's music by letting them listen to Elle Me Dit (the ones who are really open to other languages and LOVE to dance), Grace Kelly, Lollipop and We Are Golden. My friends tried out Grace Kelly and Lollipop and they seemed to like it Good luck
cat_loves_mika
I think it just depends on the person you're playing the song to. You have to find a song that fits in with what type of music they typically listen to. One of my friends is open to any type of music and I played her Rain and We Are Golden and she loved both of them. Another friend of mine only likes really raw sounding music, typically sad songs, and the only song of Mika's she likes is Lady Jane.
