I honestly thought at first that he was a prank played by a (huge!) group of people - look at the name: ME-NO-WIN, a name suggesting that someone decided to create a character and push it in contests a little just to have fun and with no attempt to win anything, but then it got big for some odd reason. But then I searched a little and he really seems to exist. See for example http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Menowin_Fr%C3%B6hlich. OR, it is a truly large-scale joke, but for some reason I doubt that.

 

If we could only buy Menowin's fans over :wink2:! My oh my! Wouldn't that be great :biggrin2:

This guy just was the #2 in this contest full of untalented people (DSDS/Deutschland sucht den Superstar; it's the german version of American Idol.

His name is telling us everything (Menowin: Me no win:roftl:)

He got a lot of attention. I think he'll be forgotten soon but for now his fans are well organised.:aah:

GET in EARLY:

Be aware of when a voting link is about to close;

Watch closely for the new one to open;

Enter appropriate MIKA sites ASAP;

[Note: U R permitted only ONE every 20 minutes]

VOTE as much as possible EARLY.

 

This goes a LONG way to establishing a significant lead!

When a bunch come due at once new MIKA sites can only be added every 20 minutes.

 

In those cases, we need multiple participants at the crucial time to enter the appropriate MIKA sites and enter votes early in order to establish difficult-to-surpass leads for the MIKA sites!
