I work 12 hour shifts at night so Im both a morning person and a night person Im not a good afternoon person! When the sun hits high noon Im getting pretty tired!! :) I flip back and forth a lot though because if I dont I feel like Im missing something! Someday I might have a job that doesnt turn me into a vampire!!

I've often thought, why do we function better at night ....

I've found the answer...no pressures (for at least another few hours...)more fun, relaxing, seeing people, enjoying a drink or two....just being able to be ourselves!!!! (then we have to face the morning again,,,,,,)

I am definitely a night person, I always seem to function better in the evening, especially when I'm driving, I always get inspiring ideas and one day I'll write them all down and become incredibly rich, HA HA!

I am a neither person as some days sleep right through the full 24hrs!! but thats my illness.

Otherwise I don`t really like mornings and have insomnia so nights are usually the best time but then its only a few hours till morning Oh the vicious circle!! xx

I start work at 4 am and finish at 2 pm, sometimes later, so I am more of a morning person, even when I have a day off I wake really early, and if I have a weeks holiday and change my sleep pattern I find it really hard to adjust back. I have worked these hours for 5 years or so, so I am used to it.
