So I finally get the chans to write my review.

It took me and my friend an awful long time to find the venue, especially since I now realize that I don't understand a word Danish, at all. Anyway after walking the street up and down a few time we finally manage to find the venue, and it was already like 20 people outside.

Ofc we started queuing outside the wrong door, but with some running and leaving my friend with the jackets :naughty: I manage to get a really god spot in the front row.

It should have started at 8pm but Mika wasn't on stage until 8.40, but that was okay. I was just so happy to finally see him!

The show was great, the band was great, Mika was great, the choir was great and the crowd was great. No pushing at all. Even if I'm pretty sure I'm ruined the ones behind me's photos, with my jumping and singing :teehee: Anyway the gig couldn't have been better in my opinion, and I really loved the choir in Happy Ending, it sounded really beautiful. And I loved your moves too, and the fact that everyone started doing them!

I really had the time of my life and those 90 minutes ended so fast. Why didn't anyone warn me for the abstinence you get after the concert? Just want it to be the 29th again!

After the concert a really nice security guy gave me the setlist. He could have given it to anyone he wanted to, but he gave it to me. Which made me really happy!

They sold Mika things and t-shirt at the entrence, but unfortunately stupid as I was, I didn't bring any Danish money  so I couldn't buy a t-shirt. I really, really wanted to have one

When we finally got our jackets we went outside and saw some a lot of people gathering around an exit so we figured out they were waiting for Mika, so we joined them. And he came out just 2 minutes before me and my friend really had to go. He signed my setlist without me even asking and I got a really quick hug :boing: That made my day, even if I forgot everything I wanted to say time the minute he stood infront of me :blush-anim-cl: But he was in a hurry so he didn't have time to talk anyway, but it was really nice of him to take the time to give autographs to everyone! And I loved his hat! :naughty:

An can I just take a moment to say that Copenhagen is a really scary place when it's dark/night. And I never seen that many porn stores on one road.

I got some pictures too, but most of them are pretty blurry and I forgot to record Stardust in HD  but the sound is really bad anyways.

I second that. I was there too and as soon as I started walking towards the venue it felt a bit creepy... Sorry Danish folks!

Anyway, apart from scary places, it was a great show and I had the time of my life. He's bloody fantastic. Speechless. And lovely that you got to meet him!

They bark worse than they bite :aah: I walked down that street with my 12 year old after the gig and I wasn't the least bit worried

So did I, next time I'll just find another way. Don't want to walk there again at night.

He truly is. My friend told me stardust almost made her cry, and she's not a fan. Yeah was so happy for that.

Not at all? I guess it was the screaming guy who made me scared, since he literary scream me in my face.

Sadly my vids are not very good quality, my new camera sucks :aah: I will try to save the chatting parts and upload them (if I find out how to do it). Here is Stardust though. He was really chatty and lovely :wub2:

Mika was on Danish morning TV performing an acoustic version of Celebrate. You should be able to see it if you Google "Mika morgen tv". It's on TV2's homepage, or at least it was yesterday.

Me and my friend went to the show at 20h. While we waited for Mika to go on, we talked a bit with the reviewer from Danish newspaper B.T.

I was happy there was no opening act, so the wait didn't drag out.

And thankfully the show wasn't sold out, so we found a spot with a good view (the balcony was closed), but were worried that the small turn-out might mean Mika would skip Copenhagen on his next tour. God forbid.

But as it was, it was a very intimate concert and we loved every minute of it, singing along and dancing. We had a party. It was great.

I think the setlist was:

1. Blame It On The Girls

2. A lovely extended version of a personal favourite of mine, Blue Eyes

3. Billy Brown

4. Relax, Take It Easy

5. Lola

6. Rain

7. Popular Song

8. Big Girl (You Are Beautiful)

9. Stardust (piano and vox)

10. Underwater

11. Love Today

12. Love You When I'm Drunk

13. Stuck In The Middle

14. The Origin Of Love

15. Happy Ending

16. Celebrate

17. Grace Kelly

18. Lollipop

19. We Are Golden

I really enjoyed the part where we had to help Mika to get his bassist to stop singing.

We thought the sound was very good and enjoyed the room for dancing. At the encore, we even manged to get closer to the stage and get a really good look at how pretty Mika is.

We experienced no pushing or shoving. The atmosphere was really good.

And thankfully it had stopped raining when it was time to go home. And yes, we went up Istedgade. It went fine. We were high from the show. What a lovely and great experience.

It was only my second Mika concert. The last one was in KB Hallen in 2010. That was a great show, too, with a little more interaction with the band than this time around.

But my friend and I were completely satisfied. Mika is the best!

Unfortunately the other vids are not that good. But my son promised to cut the vids tomorrow so I will try to upload the best parts, chatting etc later.

Ok thank you :wub2: Did you manage to get Love You When I'm Drunk on film?
