I think it's mostly the waist coat, skinny jeans and the necklace thing that he's got going on there, it's kinda screaming 'Russell!' at me, but it's also screaming 'oh my how amazing!' so you know, my mind is clearly addled.

Yeah, he's Russell-ish without taking it too far and still making it his own thing. He's just so damn cool, tbh.

The waist coat was actually the best idea in the world. He's just like 'Yeah, I'm Mika, I'm cool, you may worship me now'. Is anyone else thinking he looks a little bit Russell Brand-ish as well? And that's a compliment, I think Russell's brilliant and his piratey clothing never ceases to make me smile. Mika doesn't look piratey though, just a little bit cool, haha. I'll shut up. *hides in corner*

The only thing I would say with regard to this is for tv performances, artists are often pushed into miming cos it's a lot easier to set up. I don't think Mika's ever done or ever would do it, but I do know that a lot of the time, miming isn't done out of laziness on the artist's part, but laziness on the sound techies part. I think Mika's most likelyto be of the opinion that he plays live or he doesn't play at all, which is the best way to be.

I've never got in trouble but one of my friends now despises me for turning him into a bit of an addict. He's got four songs on his ipod but he keeps listening to them and when he doesn't know the words he sings something completely wrong and it's quite funny. He just gives me really evil looks now and damns me to hell whenever he's listening to him.

Ah, so I'm still relatively sane...well...ish. I went through this whole thread last night, and oh my, it's actually wonderful, haha.

I had a dream last night that I was at the signing at HMV again (and not giggling stupidly this time when he said 'hey, how are you') and something I said was like a geeky film reference or something and he replied with a related reference and I was just like 'Omg high five!' and he high fived me and then my dream changed into something else that I don't remember.

I squeed so much when he punched Alex Zane - he used to be wicked on TRL but now he's just a little bit foolish. I squeed at the whole thing in general tbh, but the punch was probably the highlight.

I've just got myself a new laptop so I need a nice new pretty picture for my desktop, and where better to get one than here? *will spend the next three hours going through every single page of this thread*

I think he arranged LICM for people to jump around to, if you play it straight through, you get Grace Kelly and Lollipop, which you jump around to, then My Interpretation which you can sit down to, get a drink or whatever, then Love Today and Relax, then Any Other World etc etc. If he actually did consider that then he is officially the sweetest person in the world. Bless him.

I thought they'd changed it ever so slightly so it sounded like Grace Kelly but wasn't quite Grace Kelly. (They do that to get around copyright laws) but either way I was just like 'oh... my... goodness.' Still, he likes soaps, maybe he's a Neighbours fan as well as Hollyoaks.

I don't want kids (the thought terrifies me) but I had a dream the other night that I had three daughters (two of them were twins) and a son and I called the twins Juliet (shortened to Jools) and Isabella (shortened to Bella), the boy Xander and the other girl Holly. I dunno though, I don't want kids.

I do it a lot as well, but it's just a nervous habit cos I'm really shy and insecure. And also my hands are huge so I don't know where to put them most of the time. It's very cute when he does it, it's just annoying when I do it, hahah.

Ah, I haven't downloaded the laugh one. I've got Ring Ring as my ringtone (oh how clever and witty do I feel?) and my phone went today and I was like 'ooh! someone's playing Mika on their stereo!' (I was in a car park) but then I realised the people occasionally try and get in contact with me, and there was the big handbag search to try and get to the phone before they stopped ringing. My stupidity never ceases to amaze me, hahaha.

I think Mika gigs are generally all right queue wise, when I was there before we were practically surrounded by French people in their thirties and they didn't tend to turn up until about half six/seven. I keep grinning madly without warning, it's starting to unsettle me a bit.

I'm in the same position, when I went in December we got to Brixton at about quarter to six and we were pretty near the front and we even went up to the loos and put our bags in the cloakroom. You can see pretty well in Brixton even if you're watching from the back, the floor's sloping so you don't just see the back of people's heads so it's fine really. I've been annoying everyone today by saying 'three weeks!!!' over and over and over, haha. I'm surprised I'm still alive.
